Great communication, very reliable. When our airbnb needs to be cleaned they are always there and the home is spotless. No complaint on our end and would recommend them to any and everyone looking for a great cleaning experience.

I’ve been using tidy home for several months now and have been very pleased with their services. They are flexible with their schedule to accommodate changes in my schedule. Their schedule reminders are very helpful. They Always go above and beyond and leave a personal touch. Very respectful of my things and especially my dog who I know enjoys their company!

I called and scheduled an appointment the team no showed.
I reached out and the man told me some really vulgar things over text.
They had a hard time finding my high rise then explained it was because of some physical feature of mine .
I won’t say cause it’s in appropriate.
If you have any other choices you should try them first .
This complany is way over priced but I thought it would be better service . Well ir wasn’t .

Javier and his team are great at what they do! They are super reliable and do a fantastic job getting our rental units turned over and prepared for the next guest. I love how they go above and beyond and help recommend and suggest ways to improve our turnover process. Called to inquire about service. The representative, Abdee, answered the phone as if it was a personal line. I then asked for a quote for residential cleaning service in the Houston area and Abdee hung up on me. No call back. Just plain rude. Who are these people, and why are they in the industry of customer service if they don't want to be bothered?!

One of the best companies I ever worked with they pay attention to details like their own house always on time and you don’t need to wait few day to book appointment.
