What really impressed me about You Got Maids was Lorna's professionalism and outstanding communication skills. In my experience with various other housekeeping services, my first encounter with You Got Maids has been the best so far. Lorna and I had a detailed conversation about my specific requirements, pricing, exclusions, and additional services. Fantastic service! On time, 2 hardworking ladies non-stop cleaned my house from top to bottom! Lorna the supervisor was easy to work with & called to confirm a few days ahead of time, then checked to make sure I was happy with their service before they left!

I am so glad we eventually did. Blanca and her team did an outstanding job cleaning our home. They were fast, efficient, and thorough. Nothing was overlooked. They even moved things around to clean underneath and behind, which is something we had not seen with previous cleaning services.
