Armando does a clean cut each time. He disposes debris properly, checks in to see if service is needed, he notifies me when job is complete. He makes suggestions for my lawn care when necessary. Overall he provides a great service.

I have used Monarca for bi-weekly lawn maintenance for about 2 months now. Armando has been very responsive and easy to work with since our first phone call. He showed up on time for the initial quote and was ready to service my lawn right away! A couple weeks ago I asked if he would clean up our alley. He came by, gave me a quote, and was ready to do the work as soon as I gave him the green light. He always does a great job. Rafael Enterprises built our perimeter cedar fence in our backyard and did a superb job. All my neighbors are very impressed. The construction team was very professional, efficient, as they also demolished a pool deck structure and hauled away. They returned a few weeks later, after a few rains to clean the fence, and stained the fence on both sides. Needless to say, my wife and I are very happy. We recommend Rafael for a professional job at a competitive price.

Rafael did a wide range of services for me. Over 15k square feet of work they performed on. I wanted no grass on my courtyard so they did crushed granite, turf, tile work, landscaping with rocks/plants/cactus...and they had many great recommednations for me. They made a full running/walking trail around my house with turf. The home is so much better with there work. They really treated this project as there own.
