No stars. This place is over priced and full of it. Just because you have undocumented worker
and alot of trucks doesn't justify your integrity. Don't call this place, they act like you have no other options.

This team of lawn, sprinkler and landscaping service is second to none. They are always on time and do excellent work! Very professional!!!

Mr. Burns and his team know their stuff. Mr. Burns himself is a master at design and suggesting the right plant materials for your space. They're efficient and professional. Our yard looks gorgeous.

RUN!!!! RUN!!!! RUN!!! There were so many red flags along the way that we ignored or gave them opportunities to fix. Needless to say it ended in me in tears and my yard destroyed. We are still getting bills and charges from them that we have to dispute since we cancelled our service and paid up to date in full even though they ruined our yard. This company is a place to throw away an obscene amount of money while they only see the customer as a problem and laugh at your face when you’re upset at them not doing what they say they will do. Charlotte is a terrible person at her job. Every encounter (if you can actually get in touch with her) has been with attitude from the beginning. I find it amusing that she was one of the google reviews on here. I wonder how many of the other positive ones are from people in their own company. This place should not be in business. RUN!!!

Burns destroyed my grass.

Burns was hired by my neighbor to re-sod his lawn. A strip of grass runs between my neighbor's property and my driveway. In the process of preparing the other lawn, Burns repeatedly stepped on my strip, destroying most of the grass.

I have used Burns for last few years. Always happy with their excellent work. I usually talk to Charlotte. They do great work.

All the staff and laborers are excellent. Kind courteous and responsive. Always on time! Jeff, their lead man and or foreman is a great asset. Very friendly, thorough and has excellent attention to detail...Trees selected were the best stock I have seen anywhere and at a reasonable price. Clean up was excellent. Charlotte is always a pleasure to work with as well as David the owner.....and I am very particular with my landscaping.

Burns goes above and beyond what is necessary for lawn care and landscaping. In addition to timely, friendly weekly service at a fair price, the workers have also picked up and bundled small fallen branches after recent storms. On the occasions I’ve needed to call their office, the office staff was friendly, informative, and helpful.
I was initially skeptical of the price, but I am more than satisfied with what we get for that price. Highly recommend!

I would not recommend Burns Landscaping for sprinkler repair.

I was charged for additional work that I didn't request or authorize.

Also, there were charges on the bill that were completely wrong. After complaining, I was able to get the incorrect charges removed. But, even after removing the incorrect charges the bill was still excessive.

If you do go with this company make sure to get a quote in writing BEFORE they start any work.

I watched David measure the front and side of my house where there is landscaping visible from the street. When I received the quote, it said “remove existing landscaping”. However, they only did the front and left the side, and the claim that wasn’t in the estimate. They lied to me and misrepresented themselves. If I knew the estimate was just for the front, I wouldn’t have accepted the quote. It’s outrageous! I’m glad I only had to pay 50% upfront. Overpriced and not worth it. STAY AWAY!

We needed skilled help with our sprinkler system. Burns Landscaping was recommended and the folks they sent were definitely up to the task. Jeff and his team identified the problem with our system, explained it to us and then fixed it. He and his team were efficient and thorough. Before leaving they checked the system and timer to make sure all was in order. Patiently, they explained all to my hubby and he was happy. We were so pleased to have such excellent service and we highly recommend Burns Landscaping.

Horrific - twice as expensive as other bids. No English speaking on site. Cut my landscaping lights and claimed “ants did it” literally cut the solder on my rod iron fence panel and removed it with out permission upon bolting it back they pulled the end post so far over the fence gate can no longer connect to close. They literally put in a backboard that blocked rain water against the foundation of my house with no drainage.They put in “matching stone” but mine is ivory/tan and they installed grey. They accept no responsibility for damage they cause. They couldn’t even plant shrubs where agreed.

Guy that answers the phone is rude .

This company does some very amazing landscape design with flawless execution. They did our property in the heights, it was absolute perfection. I think they’ve been in business like 20 years or so.Timely, expedient and honest. I highly recommend this company if you need some QUALITY work done. If you’re looking for some “chuck with a truck” this ain’t it. You get what you pay for, and these guys are the Best.
