I would like to say as an HOA manager, I've worked with LEI for several communities over the years, and they have consistently deliver exceptional service. I've relied on LEI for all my landscaping needs since 2017. Les and his team are outstanding professionals who consistently deliver high-quality work. They've worked on multiple properties for me, including two properties for the University of Houston's off-campus student housing. As I've mentioned, their work is exceptional. If you're looking for a reliable landscaping company, LEI is an excellent choice.

I've amended my review to 4 stars. I was immediately contacted by the company, and they addressed my concerns. The area that had previously not been tended to was mowed, a couple of small spots missed, but it's a large area. It was still a huge improvement. Clearly, the problem is with the HOA not communicating properly with the contractor. The issue with the park was not their fault and is an underlying issue with the grass in that area that they are working to fix. They are new to managing the grounds here, and I can understand it may take time to get it to everyone's liking.

Do not allow your HOA to hire this company! They have destroyed our property values in our neighborhood. We (Baur landing in Hockley) have a $150,000 contract with this company and they have only mowed our neighborhood three times in the past year. We have lost 20% of the trees in our neighborhood because of them and every single area is overgrown.

UPDATE: after complaints this is how they mow…

They mow the subdivision I live in. I believe the workers don’t care about their job and/or our subdivision. They scalp everywhere and leave a mess. March 26th they unbolted a fence to get a mower larger than usual in. This is probably why they scalped.
They didn’t bother bolting the fence back together. Instead they wired it back together. It’s not that they missed a spot or cut too high. They miss sections for months and do a terrible job.

We are a small transportation business. We are situated on 4 acres. We have been using this company for yard maintenance for several years and have been extremely pleased with their services. They keep the grounds clean, fresh cut and work in a timely manner. Workers are always friendly.

Great guys, Ramon and his crew left my yard beautiful. I saw them at a neighbors house and waved them down, very happy with their service, they’re now my new yard company! They also accept online payments so no hassle to get cash out and have it on hand. Highly recommend.

No problem, in and out quickly.

Went to purchase a Christmas tree. Five people working all around the registers and tree cutting area and all of them confused and turning in circles. Neither of their registers were taking cards so we had to go inside to pay then go back out there and wait for them to cut and wrap the tree. Got back out there to find only two people working.

Reliable, consistent, great communication. Oscar goes above and beyond. He's actually dialed in on the data side too, monitoring soil pH and making sure the right treatments are being applied based on what the yard actually needs. The reporting gives you real visibility into what's going on. Yard looks great and they just take care of everything. No complaints.
