Extremely pleased with the service we receive - lawn looks great, weeds have not returned in treated areas, trimmings are cleaned up, and online billing is a snap. Given consistent level of service over last few months, would highly recommend Fermin.

I was looking for a new yard service. Found Fermin while looking through Google as very good. Called for estimate and Mr. Fermin came out that day gave estimate that I was very pleased with. My yard had winter clean up they did that but did miss a few things there was so much. I called the owner and he and the co owner came out and did the whole yard. They are wonderful and stand by their word.I highly recommend them.

Called this morning about 11 AM Oscar was at the house in 30 minutes. Their team came out the same day and finished service. My yard was in pretty bad shape to start. They came in and cleaned out my raised bed and got rid of a bunch of debris that was building up. No more weeds covering the yard. All of the guys were super friendly and professional. 100% recommend. These guys are awesome!

Just started using Fermin Lawn Maintenance. They are fast, efficient and do a great job for a very reasonable price! Once they're done there is no mess, just a well cared for yard that looks great. If you are looking for someone to take care of your yard work every week or every other week then you should definitely give them a call.

Fantastic yard service. They have helped me a couple of times get my yard back in shape now. Oscar is very responsive and knows his stuff. I really appreciate their eye for detail, professionalism, and reasonable pricing. I look forward to more regular maintenance from them in the future.

Oscar and his crew at Fermin lawn are dependable, reasonably priced, knowledgeable, and take pride in their work. The previous owner of our home used them so we continued. We have a complicated yard with lots of landscaping and different plants and they always make it look so nice! They might be slightly more expensive than the $20 you pay to have someone mow your lawn, but they are much more knowledgeable and skilled and Will work until the customer is satisfied!

Fermin Lawn Maintenance just completed their second lawn maintenance for me and I couldn't be any happier. My grass is even starting to look like the best on the block after years of neglect.

Oscar and his crew are the best of the best! My lawn was a complete mess, due to my last grass cutter unexpectedly quitting on us, and despite looking around and getting quotes through various companies, Oscar's quote was the lowest and the best.

Oscar and his crew at Fermin are unbeatable. It’s one stop shopping for all you need on your lawn. From our weekly service, to mulch, we’ve even had them install beautiful cypress trees and help us design a new driveway area. His crew is reliable, friendly, and pays attention to detail. 3 houses on our street saw how great our lawn was looking and switched over to Fermin. Smart choice. These guys are great! Would recommend them for residential or even a commercial job! They are more than fair on price compared to other companies I researched. So glad I found them!

I am now using Fermin Lawn Maintenance services and am so glad. I have admired how good our neighbor’s yard looked and the landscapers that maintained their yard since we moved into our new home about 9 months ago. A few weeks ago I finally walked over and inquired about their services. Oscar met with me and we had our first service with Fermin Lawn Maintenance this week. I can’t tell you how happy we are with their service. The guys that came out to mow our yard, edge around the entire yard, weed eat everything and use a heavy-duty blower to blow all of our leaves out of our front and back yards were incredible! All of the guys that showed up were very professional and cared about their work (i.e.: propping our new wrought iron gate open while they worked and securing the gate once finished which my old landscapers did not care about at all). In addition, you could tell they really cared about how the final product looked and reassessed the front and backyards to confirm that our backyard gate was securely closed after completing the job and to make sure that everything looked good. Oscar is also going out of this way to help me make sure our yard is fertilized and aerated properly for the fall and spring so that our yard looks the best it can possibly look. The difference between our old landscapers vs. Fermin Lawn Maintenance is like the difference between night and day. If you are looking for a high-end, professional full-service landscaping company, I would highly recommend Fermin. 10/01/2019

Fermin Lawn Maintenance came to our rescue and did a beautiful job in our yard. We wanted some landscaping done to refresh our backyard. They came in a timely manner, suggested plants that matched our lifestyle, designed a plan, and created a timeline to complete the job in a speedy manner.
