I reached out to ArborTrue at the end of a construction project, and wish I had contacted them sooner. We had mature trees that needed to be cleaned up and fertilized, and Brittany offered some expert advice regarding our newly planted trees as well. ArborTrue is timely, knowledgeable, and fairly priced.

Brad came to my house for a quote and right away I was impressed on his knowledge of plants and trees, very interesting listening to him and him answering my questions.
Now to the crew who came to my house to remove the two large trees one was an Ash (40 ft.) and the other a Silver Maple (70 ft.) both 35 yrs old. The crew was great; friendly, courteous, did a great job! They came and got the job done in a very timely manner and left the front and back yards clean.

Over the years I have used several tree services and this one is simply the best. They do excellent work with competitive pricing. I was a repeat customer this year. For me, a big plus is the fact that they are really knowledgeable about trees. Having a trained Arborist makes a difference. Brad and Brittany really care about trees, as do I, and their crew is very friendly and professional. Give ArborTrue a try - you won't regret it.

We used ArborTrue for trimming of our trees and are really satisfied with the service we received. The arborist that came out for an estimate was very knowledgeable and helpful, he answered all of our questions and explained the nature of our trees in detail. After seeing how wonderful our trees looked, my neighbor asked if I knew of a tree service. Of course I recommended ArborTrue. Neighbor called on a Thursday (4 days after we had our trees trimmed), ArborTrue was out on that Saturday! I'm not saying ArborTrue would respond that quickly to you, but, I bet money ArborTrue will not disappoint you! This is a very reputable company! And my neighbors trees looks great!

We have used ArborTrue twice now for tree trimming and new planting of a very large tree. Their crews are very professional as they do good work and clean up the area afterwards. Make sure you ask for Supervisor named Osman. He is superb.

Each and every Arbor True employee was excellent from the receptionist to the efficient and friendly accounts manager to Mike Brown who advised us on which trees were healthy and which were not and which ones needed fertilization.Osman Ceniceros and his fantastic crew were incredible. We had two trees taken down and the others pruned. The area was left immaculate and I couldn’t believe how precise the tree trimmer in the bucket was. Several large limbs were cut and missed our bench and stone lions by inches. Not just a coincidence but precise work. The employees were respectful and cheerful. I would recommend this company to everyone!

I have been working with Brittany now for the last 3+ years. This has been through tree trimming, tree planting, tree removal, and chemical remediation for my yard. It has been a great relationship so far and I will continue to use them. I recommend them to everyone.

To detail the work I’ve had done over the past 3+ years, I’ve had my very large water oaks trimmed, 5 Texas mountain laurel trees planted, 2 hackberry trees treated for a fungus, an apple tree planted, 2 hackberry trees removed, multiple fertilized and the largest thing I had an emergency where true green sprayed a very hazardous chemical incorrectly severely damaging my trees and gardens. She came quickly and confirmed the damage and source and came up with a plan to treat the damage and care for my trees and gardens. I am very grateful for this. They do great work and have great crews.

I do especially recommend working with Brittany. She does great in really explaining the science behind what they do and the choice points. Additionally, every year she comes she remembers all the details of my trees and yard and is great to bounce ideas off to really plan out your trees and coverage.

A member of their landscaping team, Shannah, came out for a quick consultation to give me some suggestions with areas of my yard I’ve been struggling with. Shannah is extremely knowledgeable and I am confident with all of her advice. If all of ArborTrue’s employees are like her I look forward to working with them anytime my yard needs help.
