I recently called your office about getting a quote for the pine tree insecticide injections, and I spoke to Hilda, the receptionist. She was very nice and professional. She explained the quote process to me and was very helpful in getting an arborist appointment setup to come to my house. The arborist who came was Mario, and he did an awesome job explaining the pine bark beetle issue and how the injections worked. He gave me a quote and explained how pricing is determined for each pine tree. He also gave me great tips on how to care for the pine trees. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you all so much ArborTrue! You all have a great team, and I will be calling for further tree assistance.

I had a pine tree that was unfortunately infested with pine bark beetles and needed to be removed quickly. From start to finish, the team was outstanding. Paloma in the office was incredibly helpful and understanding of the urgency. She worked with me right away to schedule the removal and treatment of the area. Mario, the arborist, was also fantastic. Very communicative, knowledgeable, and patient as he walked me through my next steps with the dying tree. I really appreciated how responsive and professional everyone was during such a stressful situation. Highly recommend this company for their expertise and excellent customer service! 🪴

Just completed another successful and positive experience with ArborTrue. We have used them several times and always pleased. This experience began with my call requesting an arborist to come look at our trees for their overall health and trimming. I spoke with Kerryn initially and she took notes regarding all the issues I discussed. Kerryn then shared with Mario, the arborist, who came to walk the yard with me. He offered detailed advice on how to care for my trees and ornamental trees/shrubs. Later this advice was documented in the proposal to trim, deep root fertilize, and spray the trees. Today the crew came this morning with a bucket truck, chipper and a very experienced, knowledgeable and friendly staff. They were very accommodating regarding all the tree trimming and asked our approval as they handled each tree. They cleaned up and hauled away all the trimmings. It could not have gone better. If you value your trees and landscape this is the company to work with. They will never be the cheapest, but their experienced crews are safe and honest.

Today was the third time I used ArborTrue to trim and fertilize the large live oak tree in my front yard. Gabriella J notified me when the tree trimming crew was on the way ( I scheduled the event in November after Philip came out to provide a quote and we agreed to wait until after the holidays in December due to Christmas Decorations). Eli arrived with his two man crew when promised, greeted me, and explained what process would be followed to complete the tree trimming event. They accomplished the process (including cleanup) within the estimated time of 90 minutes. He answered all my questions and requested my final approval of the job before he left.

Angel arrived within 10 minutes of Eli and his crew leaving to apply the deep root fertilization of my live oak tree. He also answered all my questions about the fertilizer used (organic) and the methodical method used to apply the nutrients to the soil to completely feed my tree. He completed his task within 30 minutes.

I called ArborTrue office to pay via credit card and talked to Karyn. She was very polite, professional, and friendly as she completed the transaction.

I would wholeheartedly recommend ArborTrue for any tree trimming and/or fertilizing needs to maintain a healthy tree.

Today I had an appointment with Austin, an arborist from ArborTrue. Austin clearly enjoys his job. As Austin’s newest client I have confidence in his ability to assess my concerns and what I want done. He called ahead, arrived promptly at the time we agreed upon, was professional and very knowledgeable. He responded to all my questions with honest answers and the scientific evidence to support it. Before Austin left I had a line by line itemized quote. I could pick and choose tasks according to my budget. (Be advised: Austin will tell you if some tasks should NOT be done without a different task preceding or following for the health of the tree and efficacy of treatments)

This is my third experience with ArborTrue. Every time they come to bat they hit it out of the park.

The tree’s highest good is Austin’s, and ArborTrue’s, focus and goal. These long-lived anchors of the ecosystem add value to my property. Trees are an investment deserving smart maintenance. After a five minute visual investigation of the tree bark, soil quality, growth patterns of visible knees of the tree roots, Austin had an immediate solution worked up with several therapeutic and targeted preventative approaches for my forty-five year old Live Oak which is being attacked by a fungus. Planted in 1980, my Live Oak tree is now equivalent upwards of $50,000 in retail value due to its size. It provides shade to my house from the brutal Texas sun. The healthier the tree is the stronger and flexible it can be to withstand hurricanes, floods and careless humans with sharp tools. I can go on and on about why my tree is worthy of ArborTrue’s care but if you have read this far into a Google review it’s my final suggestion is don’t hesitate. Request for Austin to visit your property and evaluate the situation. If you decide to hire ArborTrue then Austin’s evaluation (or any of their highly educated and trained arborists) is included. Take notes because he’s going share a lot you never knew about trees and your property’s micro ecosystem. He is honest if you should leave something alone.

My photos show the aforementioned Live Oak’s fungal infection, the fantastic trimming ArborTrue did last spring, and the moon and a rainbow framed by the Live Oak’s leaves.

Mario and Fabian and his crew were AMAZING. They came immediately and did an astounding outstanding job. I really appreciated their care and methodical expertise in the large tree removal. They cleaned up every leaf and branch so you could not even tell a tree or removal had ever been there. I will certainly use them again for all my arborist needs and cannot recommend them highly enough. A 10 out of 10 on every level!
