It took my asking 2 workers before the 3rd, a supervisor was able to show me where the eye drops were located. The first one I asked for help never came back. I’m not sure he even understood what I was saying. This is the 3rd time I’ve told myself to drive a couple of minutes longer and go to the Walmart on Silber........I think I’ve finally learned my lesson! (I might add that when I finally found the drops, they did not have the ones I needed. The next day I went to the store on Silber and bought them!)

Have used them in the past for large tree removal and live oak trimmings. They are good and efficient. Would use them again. They dont butcher the live oaks when they trim so they are good.

Our tree has been damaged by utility companies from stubbing limbs. We were properly advised and have a tree that does not appear to be hacked on like it did before. Thanks for making the best of our bad situation.

Submitted a request and had no inclination of contact. Had a call from a lovely gentleman to let me know they had emailed and to check spam. I need to review my email settings. Maybe it isnt updating but i didnt have a email in spam. But he was on vacation and took time to call. Unfortunately had to end call super fast as kids were getting into things. Look forward to a phone call to organize a visit so i can update this review.

HTS came out for a consultation and paid them online for recommendation. Recommendation report sent weeks after multiple follow up calls. Called many times to complete recommended work. Nothing. Silence.

I live in a small townhome with a very large oak that covers neighbors on 3 sides. I wanted to remove the tree but reluctantly decided to follow pruning recommendations instead. The tree looks AMAZING after their crews came out!!!

Houston Tree Surgeons helped identify problems at our tree base that have stunted our tree growth for years. We went through as treatment plan and our tree is thriving. I have learned to not listen to landscapers who have exacerbated the problem.

I contacted several places for some palm tree work and other landscaping for pool area. The minute I was on call with Dustin I could tell the knowledge and professionalism this business would deliver and it exceeded my expectation. Highly recommend

I called to get a quote on the only tree in my front yard but instead they estimated one on the city easement to the right of my house (the grassy area in front of the street). When I called to discuss that the estimate was for the wrong tree they weren't accommodating and tried to place blame on me even though I had given a clear description and you'd think a tree company would know that trees on city property are the responsibility of the urban forestry department to remove. They asked me to just take a picture of the correct tree to give me another quote instead of coming back in person to fix mistake and give a reliable estimate. They just doubled the price of the first estimate with no explanation. Either they were trying to scam by getting money for a tree removal on city property or they were ignorant and didn't know that the land near the street is city property which even I know and I'm not an expert. . Either way I didn't feel comfortable hiring them and got quotes from other companies that were almost half the price on the correct tree. Be cautious before hiring this company and get multiple quotes also make sure that you are aware if a tree is on a city easement that it is the city's duty to remove not for a shady or ignorant company to make a quick buck.

They charged me thousnds of dollars to try to save a tree. The tree died anyway. The technician never rang the doorbell to speak to me regarding said tree and truly never assessed what was wrong with the tree or what it needed. Even when it was obvious the tree needed to come down, he performed the service and left. I had also requested they stop coming yet they came anyway and charged me for it. Not very professional.

They were great. We wanted to use the wood for woodworking, and the crew worked with us to maximize the usability of the wood after it was cut. They were very professional, always on time, and communicative.

Fantastic/Cheap/Year-round service. Dustin maintains a rental property for us when we are out of town, sometimes most of the year. The place always looks fantastic, our oaks and palms fluroishing. Also gave us lots of tips for trees at our other house and how to diagnose disease/parasites before they become major problems.

We have more light to our grass and can see the house from the street. Our real estate agent was amazed at the quality of work done, it will definitely drive more traffic to our beautiful property. I only wish we had done this sooner so we could enjoy it longer!!

Houston Tree Surgeons did a great job pruning and removing some trees from my property. They are very knowledgeable and their pricing is fair; I will continue to use them in the future.

Another great experience with Houston Tree Surgeons. Dustin really gets into tree care and has several different treatment options available. My sick tree has really improved and he is always on top of monitoring it as well.
