Prices for parts at the repair shop are great but they tend to be unreliable when it comes the time frames for repairs. They usually go beyond the estimated time frame. They are a small shop. They usually have the basic parts in stock but mosts parts almost always have to be ordered. If you are willing to wait then do business here because the prices help make up for the time that will pass. If you are in a hurry then go elsewhere. It’s not the best but it’s certainly not the worst.

I go here because they actually have a person who can help with plant problems.

I love this place! People are kind and willing to answer any questions you may have in mind. I dropped off my stihl trimmer here and i was not worried cause i knew they would take care of business. I got it back today! Runs like a brand new trimmer. I'm so glad it worked out!! Thanks again southwest fertilizer for taking care of business. Very reasonable price as well.

I’ve past this place for years and boy was I stupid not to have checked them out sooner! Outstanding selection of gardening products and tools with a large selection of pet foods. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It’s what the Big Box stores only wish they could be.

I've been going there since 2023. They even have their own fertilizer called South West Premium Gold 15-5-10 slow feeding. It's the distance that keeps me from going there more often.

I came across this store on Skips FB page. It's one of the few lawn/garden stores close to the inner loop that carries popular lawn and garden products. I saw about every product that you see other gardeners online use and the prices seemed reasonable. But the thing I like the most about this store, and will have me returning, is the customer service! Alex took his time to teach me about lawn care products that would suit my needs and I believe it was Katherine who kindly checked me out. The store gives a mom and pop homie feel! I will definitely return.

Want to be ignored when you want to order a Stihl product, then this is your place. The older hispanic guy in his 40s is useless, unhelpful, and is constantly cursing out loud. I was looking for a specific hedge trimmer and the guy hid in the back, completely ignoring me. The young Hispanic girl working at the computer station was clueless, didn’t know if they had the item in stock and much less if it could be ordered. Both of them proceeded to ignore me as I stood there waiting for them to answer if it could be ordered or not. Not only that, but I ordered the trimmer through Stihl to have it delivered to this place. I got a call about a week later by the same older Hispanic guy that curses under his breath stating that he didn’t have it and if I wanted to order it. To hell with this place. The store is empty as hell and now I know why.

Great selection of everything necessary for gardening food, flowers, and decoratives. They have the widest selection of soil, soil amendments, mulch, gardening tools, and much, much more. What's special about Southwest Fertilizer and Feed is the knowledgeable and helpful workers. They know their stuff! I've been a satisfied customer since the late 1980's. Thank you!

Customer service here is out of the window!!

Came to get a couple of parts for my tractor; yes I understand it may be a bit overwhelming to full fill a big order but at the same time is their job to do it! Anyway I was taken care of by a guy with crazy hair and a big beard, he had a nasty attitude not only towards me as a customer but also towards a hispanic customer who was speaking spanish to the point that he told this paying customer to learn English to make his job easier! I understand it may be a bit overwhelming because of the language barrier but at the end of the day my money and that spanish speaking customee money are the ones responsible for keeping him employed!!

On my end I won’t be stepping foot there ever again, I will take my money to where customers are welcome and workers aren’t mad over you buying parts!!

And yes a Toro tractor lawn mower maybe that can refresh their memory

Wide variety of traditional and organic products and knowledgeable personnel to advise on advantages and disadvantages of each product. Sales person went online to answer specific questions I had about a product, and searched for the least expensive options for me. He took time to listen and consider my needs. All the staff are service-minded. Wonderful! And they are basically the same price as the mega stores.

I love SW Fertilizer! Everyone is so helpful and the grey counter cat is the fan favorite. Keep up the great work.

This place has so many brands of seeds. I was excited to see they carry Botanical Interests seeds. That let's me know this is a place which wants to carry quality items. They have so many varieties of seeds. I was told they will be getting even more. So many places don't have someone who knows what they are doing. Aaron really knows his stuff.

I will absolutely be back to shop here again.

I exclusively go there for my garden. They bring the soil to your car for you, great prices, fun and friendly environment. A great store

Awesome place, great place to get advice, take leaves or grass to see what is wrong with it or attacking it. A wealth of knowledge there. GREAT place for organic gardeners!!! They've got everything!

What a great store. If you're tired of walking through the huge, big box stores, give Southwest Fertilizer a try. They are easy to get to, lots of parking, helpful, friendly people who know where everything in the store is. And their prices are great. Who doesn't love a good hardware store! This one is on the top of my list. And they have a friendly store cat.

I've never gotten such good advice as at Southwest Fertilizer. These guys are pros. It's helpful if you take a picture of a problem area. They can tell you what's wrong and which treatment to use.

I normally buy Scott’s bonus S fertilizer for my spring time fertilizer. This year I tried a new brand that SWF was carrying. I need to say that my lawn looks fabulous.least amount of weeds and Bermuda grass. It’s a lot fuller than ever and grows like crazy. No I don’t have a sprinkler system or water. This what it looks like. Mowed on Thursday and photo is of it on Monday. Wish I could remember the name of that fertilizer.

They sell very good stuff for my farm.

This place is great and they have all for my plants ! I needed to find fox farm products to re por mi monstera and I couldn’t find it at Lowe’s or Home Depot , also they have Great stuff for tropical plants like Alocasias .
The lady Katherine she’s very attentive and did a great job on cashier , Also Alex was so nice to me and he was running back and forth between islands to find my coco Coir and orchid bark , very amazing costumer service! Highly recommend this place !
