I called for an estimate to landscape my backyard. Luis came out and a few days later I received an estimate on april 7th via email from Cerely for about $7000.00 which listed the material but no details on what was going to be done with the material. We discussed several options so I have no clue what was going to be done. So, I requested detail of what work would be performed. They never got back to me. I guess they don't need my business

D&G did a wonderful job tearing down my current overgrown flower beds and replacing them with new weed barriers, plants, mulch and decorative stone borders. Their communication during the process and timely execution was spot on. I would recommend them for any landscaping needs!

Very Responsive, professional, great work and clean up of job site was outstanding.

We hired D and G to install a gravel parking lot for us, they reassured us for weeks that they would do it properly and they have done their research. Two weeks after it was installed, a person drove on it and sunk into the dirt 1ft, when it told them they did it wrong they told me I was wrong. “They added 6” of gravel under the top soil, then layered it with a barrier and added another 2in of gravel on top....” This was not true and I have videos and pictures, all they did was have a bobcat smooth out the dirt and some what level the dirt and add a 1/2” of gravel on top and called it good. They also left the area looking terrible with mountains of dirt everywhere and when asked if they could just smooth them down they wanted to charge us another $1500 on top of the first bid. Please do not use this company please go somewhere else

I am disappointed greatly in this company, things had started off great, they came to my house and did measurements and we talked about what I was needing done in my backyard. Couple of days later an estimate was emailed and I had questions regarding some things that needed to be done.

They kept promising to get back to me but never finalized anything. This was through email and text. This was a $4,876.66 job that they were going to do for me. All they had to do was answer some questions and clarify some work I needed. They never got back to me, NEVER.

Repeated text and emails and still nothing. I really wanted to work with this company given the Yelp reviews however it makes me question how valid those reviews are.

If communication is something you take into consideration when dealing with a company this is not the company for you. I ended up doing business with another company that took care of me and completed the job, and yes communicated effectively.

D&G did great work on multiple landscaping/yard items for me. Starting out they came out to review my work request, then came back in a few days with a quote, and repsonded to many questions via email that I had. They worked very quickly and completed all my items in one day (tree trimming, entire landscape lighting install for front and back yard, planting trees, trimming bushes, fertilizing). Luis & David walked thru the work when it was done to make sure it was all good. They were also very cost competitive as I had 3 other bids on ths work. I would definitely use them again.

Came highly recommended by one of my vendors. Except for the cheaper price, I would have given them 1 star. Installed French drain pipe upside down. I had to insist they install it per the supplier and manufacturers spec that it was done properly. They also wanted to use cheap materials until I showed him our contract with the proper materials. Had to watch them like a hawk because the workers had no clues what they were doing. I called them back days later to correct their work and they failed to show 3 days after they set the time. Had numerous debates with scheduler listening to excuses why they never showed up after I took time off work. I had to call my vendor to call them to say they will never be used again if they don't correct the issues. They showed up unannounced and started to correct only to tell me they would be back because they needed more soil. No show again. A few days later two guys show up unannounced right at 4pm. I told them what needed to be done because the owner never showed to explain. Unfortunately, I don't speak Spanish so communication was difficult. When I went inside to change shoes, they left without any warning. Most unprofessionally company I have ever dealt with.

I would highly recommend D&G Landscaping & Design. David and team did a excellent job with my landscaping project. I greatly appreciated their attention to detail and care in creating a beautiful space.

Communications were excellent from coordinating the estimate visit, answering questions, and confirming the date for the work to the completed.

I requested estimates from several companies and D&G Landscaping delivered a very reasonable price and excellent quality. I would recommend them and will call David and team for the next project.

I shopped around a few different places to get quotes for my backyard pavers + landscaping project and D&G were by far the most responsive and fairly priced. On the day the work was scheduled for, their crew showed up on time and the work was completed in an efficient manner. Additionally, they were respectful of the property and didn't leave a mess behind when they were done! That's a big deal for me.

I would absolutely call them for my next landscaping project.

D&G Landscaping did a phenomenal job with our back yard! We got quotes from 4 companies and D&G had the best prices, were the easiest to work with and the most responsive when I had questions and wanted to add on additional work, even while we were still getting quotes and deciding which company to use. Once we confirmed we were using them, the job was scheduled ASAP!

They removed our existing concrete patio that was cracked and broken, and installed a gorgeous patio with brick pavers. We also had a lot of uneven/low spots in our yard that filled with mud every time it rained, and they evened out the ground and added sod so it’s level and we can now let our dog out in the yard without him being covered in mud. They also built a new wooden fence and new gates, which look great and are very secure.

This is our first house and we had no idea what to expect with landscaping and any work being done in our yard. On the last day of the project it looked like the crew was done, but the owner wanted to come back the next day to do some touch ups (that I didn’t even notice or know were needed) and to water our new sod again. That level of attention to detail is something we really appreciate, and we highly recommend D&G Landscaping!

David and Luis were a joy to work with from start to finish. They came over one day after I requested a quote via Yelp, sent the quote over that same day, and booked me for work the following Monday. They took one day of hard work to turn my front yard into something so much nicer than before. Their crew is very hardworking, personable and detailed. I referred them to my next door neighbor to have a large dead tree removed and they came back the very next day to do that. It was seamless. They also checked our sprinkler systems for free and fixed them for a reasonable price. David even helped us navigate an unfortunate issue we ran into with the city. Landscaping is expensive, but these guys did an incredible job and their quote was the lowest of all four that I got.

Professionalism: Luis and his crew excelled in this area. From the moment Luis came to my place, he demonstrated professionalism, knowledge and understanding of my needs. His crew did an excellent job and was very professional too. One of the very first things I was impressed with Luis was the fact that while discussing the tree options for my patio, I mentioned one tree that I love and he pointed out that this tree could be toxic for dogs, he did that because he saw my 2 doggies that were in the window when he arrived to my place; I said, wow! that is a very high knowledge and concern for the landscaping selection of a tree. Kudos to him. Additionally, he promised the estimate by the same day in the afternoon and he delivered it as he promised, again, kudos! The estimate was sent with all the specific details, he didn't leave anything out and was presented in a professional format. The job done by his crew was great, all the details I wanted and they left everything in perfect order. All the plants, shrubs and tree that Luis brought are beautiful and fresh. What a pleasure having worked with D & G Landscaping design. The patio turned out exactly the way I wanted and I love it! I will hire them again without hesitation for any landscaping work I may need. I recommend them 100%!

I would recommend them anytime and to anyone! I needed a 15×15 patio in my backyard. They were responsive, reasonably priced, and got the job done quickly. We hired D&G to do some landscaping in our backyard. Luis was great, he came out, gave us some ideas/reccomendations and was quick to provide an estimate. I feel like they were appropriately priced for the services provided. The crew was timely, efficient and professional. Once the work was done to our satisfaction, (we asked them to move a couple of bushes) they left everything in a very orderly fashion. It's been over 30 days which the amount of time they guarantee the life of the plants, and everything is growing nicely. I would definitely hire them again!
