Freddy was knowledgeable, professional, and walked me through every aspect of the project. Their team transformed our property into an outdoor oasis. Their customer service was outstanding and Gaby was particularly friendly and conversational with follow-ups that showed she truly cares about their work’s impact. Clean, thorough, and highly recommended!

I found Sap Arborcare when I was looking for a company to help me save a 10 year old live oak that was leaning way over due to Beryl. It was a pretty intensive and intricate job, but my tree looks healthy and upright as ever and I am so thankful. This spring I got a great deal on mulching my front and back beds. They were professional and quick and even put extra around my trees. Great service.

The team is very responsive, the process for receiving and accepting estimates is easy and the service was timely and well done. Our landscaping and giant crepe Myrtle look great!

I needed tree service and was impressed with Sap Arborcare’s website and requested a free estimate. They were very quick to respond and Freddy met with me to see what I needed done and I got an estimate for the work before he left. The cost was very reasonable and work was scheduled. I had 3 trees trimmed and had one tree removed. Sap Arborcare’s team were friendly and very careful with my yard and landscaping. They did a fantastic job with the trees and cleaned up all of the limbs and debris. They even made sure my pool was clean. I highly recommend Sap Arborcare & Landscaping.

I use Sap Arborcare and Landscaping's holiday lighting display service every year, and every year it has exceeded my expectations. It looks even better paired with the tree work I had done recently—if I could do it over again, I’d schedule both at the same time. This year I'm having them do my property in West University. Sap Arborcare recently took care of a tree that was starting to become a hazard to my home. From the first call, they were attentive and truly cared about what I had to say. Freddy and the team provided clear explanations of their service, making sure we understood the process and the reasons behind it. Post service follow up was unexpected but much appreciated! They truly set the bar high for great customer service.

I first heard about Sap ArborCare when I received a flyer on my front porch, great timing for I was shopping around for a company to trim my large Live Oak trees.
From the very first interaction with their receptionist I was impressed with her great customer service. Then when the arborist came out to give me an estimate I was even more impressed with the company. The knowledge of the arborist was extensive and he was able to communicate that knowledge layman's terms. I had some other questions about other trees on my property and he took the time to help me understand what the needs and care of those trees. For example I have a crepe myrtle that I trimmed severely and some people ridicule people over doing that to their crepe myrtles but this arborist reassured me that I did not murder my Myrtle.
On the day of the scheduled trimming of the trees great communication I received notification. The team took an extra care while doing the job because there's a bird's nest in the tree and I wanted to make sure that that nest was not disturbed or destroyed.
They did an amazing job quick and proficient. Afterwards I was amazed at how overgrown the trees were.
From start to finish Sap ArborCare did an incredible job. I will be working with this company on future projects.

This business taped an advertising flyer on my front door and several others in my neighborhood. It was very visible from the street and were we on vacation at the time , this flyer would remain taped to the front door and make it obvious that we may be away from home....which we would prefer not to advertise. Please do NOT stick anything on my property.

I live in Bunker Hill and have trusted Sap Arborcare & Landscaping with my property for the past three years. I’ve used their holiday lighting service every season, and it’s always been flawless. The lights are installed on schedule, maintained perfectly, and the final display is breathtaking. The entire team is professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. They’ve also done incredible landscaping work in both my front and back yards, and the results are always gorgeous and carefully maintained. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

First Class Professional Tree Services!
In late June 2025, SAP Arborcare Landscaping did some great work at our property. They performed tree/brush clearing, cutting/removal and stump grinding. The SAP Arborcare team were thorough, efficient, safe and delivered all results as requested. Our expectations were absolutely exceeded. Based on the work done for us and our knowledge of SAP Arborcare, we would highly recommend Freddy and his team for all Tree Services and Landscaping. Thanks much! It’s so nice when you find a company that takes pride in their work. SAP most assuredly does — I’m extremely well pleased with the work I had done today. We had let the grass and trees in our front yard get in very bad shape over the past few years and SAP made it look amazing for a great price. They are busy (I now understand why) so the appointment was a few weeks out but they showed up on time and did an amazing job. They went above and beyond expectations and I won’t hesitate to use them again. I don’t have before photos but please believe me it looked terrible. I really was only looking for a ‘patch up’ job but the front yard now looks totally renovated — thanks SAP!

I am very impressed by the service provided. I had a tree bent at a pretty significant angle by Beryl, and the Sap team took care of removing it quickly and cleanly, and they were extra careful with the uplighting and irrigation bubbler in the tree bed when they ground the stump. They will be our go-to company for anything tree-related in the future.

Your representative who was out today passing out your flyers left one on my door that CLEARLY has a no soliciting sign on it. When I walked outside and saw her I told her that I didn’t want the flyer because I have a sign on my door. I then told her she could have it back. She said she didn’t feel comfortable coming BACK onto my property so I tried informing her why the sign is there and walked to the street to hand her the flyer. She walked away from me and said she didn’t want it and to call the company. What??? So I dropped the flyer and walked back to my house and she told me that I was showing micro aggression and I told her she was being passive aggressive. DO BETTER SAP ARBORCARE & LANDSCAPING. Clearly from reading other reviews, this is a pattern. Her behavior is the reason for THIS review.

I learned about Sap Arborcare from a flyer left at my door. I have a big oak tree out front that had branches touching my home. I set up a consultation and had a pleasant experience with Freddy. I got put on the schedule and they communicated well on day of service. They went over the work they would do prior to starting. They had a large crew working safely and efficiently. They cleaned up all the branches and left the yard looking good before they left. I was able to pay online for the service. I highly recommend Sap Arborcare!

SAP arborcare were extremely professional. They arrived at the appointed time. They cleaned out my Live Oak and shaped it beautifully over my home.
