SAP ARBORCARE is a great company. They left a flyer on my door just when I realized my queen palms were dead from the winter freeze. John and his crew came to my house and evaluated the trees and suggested I put mule palms in. They can handle the freeze much better. Gabi communicated very well with me, gave me a fair price and installed the beautiful new trees in my backyard. I absolutely love them and would highly recommend this company.they went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. I will use them again.

I recently had Sap Arborcare help me cut down a tree that was dangerously close to my house, especially with hurricane season approaching. They did an excellent job, not only safely removing the tree but also thoroughly cleaning up all the debris, including what fell into my fish pond. I can't say enough about Sap Arbocare! After the storm on May 16, 2024, we were in a real bind. I had heard of Sap Arbocare from neighbors who had used them in the past to maintain their beautifully sculpted live oaks. I still had their number and called them at 8:00 am the next morning. They met me at the house at noon, and by 3:30, they arrived with a professional crew of 10 to begin the demo process. They had the tree down by 8:00 pm, working non-stop. They also applied a tarp to cover the holes for me, and did an excellent job of hauling away the wood and clean-up around the area. Most importantly, Sap Arbocare took extra care not to damage or scar any part of the remaining structure. This was a difficult job, and the crew was painstakingly determined to do it right. I also experienced a high level of professionalism and customer care that is hard to find these days. Their pricing was fair and they honored their commitments. Going forward, I intent to use Sap Arbocare for my future landscaping needs. I highly recommend them!

These guys are amazing! I got a flyer on my door without ringing the doorbell, the flyer has a QR code which let me book my free consultation quickly, their communication is excellent and their arborist Fredrick is as funny as he is knowledgeable. Everything was pretty automated and effortless, they don't require you to be home during service which helped our family a ton. We felt safe after reading their reviews and seeing that the have a 2 million dollar policy, plus two service supervisors on duty. Amazing tree trimming and grateful for the recommendations on next steps. Looking forward to seeing them again, our entire experience was smooth, pleasant and professional.

Used to have a number of stumps removed post a hurricane. Also used their services to review all trees on the property as well as having canopies raised and dead unhealthy limbs removed.

Fantastic service and a fair price for the work done

We are so happy we used Sap Arborcare! Communication was super easy and they were very knowledgeable about our issue (crepe Myrtle trees that were cut down but kept regrowing). They gave us a heads-up before arriving, took photos of what they did so that we could see they took the whole stump out, and payment was super easy! Would highly recommend this company!

Wow wow wow!! These folks are awesome!! The crew do fantastic work and cleaned up before they left. I’m a do it yourself kind of guy so it’s hesitant to have anyone come out and take care of my tree. But I’m so glad I did it. We will be reaching back out to them to help us with our next tree project for sure.

UPDATE (Jan 29, 2026): I have your flyer saved as evidence and taken a permanent screenshot of the owner’s response below as evidence of their blatant dishonesty. I have never applied for a position at Sap Arborcare & Landscaping, I have never contacted them for employment.

By publicly fabricating a story about a "job application" to discredit a legitimate complaint about trespassing and illegal solicitation, this business has moved into Defamation of Character. In Texas, making a false statement of fact that touches on a person's professional integrity is considered defamation.

You have opened yourselves up to a civil suit by attempting to damage my credibility with these falsehoods. I am following up by:

-Filing a formal complaint with the Texas Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division regarding deceptive business practices.

-Reporting the ordinance violation and lack of proper handbill permits to the City of Houston’s Administration & Regulatory Affairs.

-Consulting with legal counsel regarding a civil suit for defamation and damages.

I suggest you consult with your own legal counsel before continuing to publish lies about private citizens to cover for poor business conduct.

SAP Arborcare trimmed my Crepe Mytles and cut down my banana trees that had died from the freeze. All debris was cleaned up and hauled away. The crew is very professional and they work quickly. A Happy customer here and I will use them in the future.

We were looking for a company that was not just a tree trimming service, but also an arborist and tree expert that could give us recommendations on what to do. Last year I had Sap Arborcare & Landscaping put up their holiday lighting display at the same time as trimming the trees, and the result was incredible! It completely transformed my yard.
