Worst pool company ever

Heights Best Company. I promise I researched a lot and tried a lot. This is the most honest company I seen.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have been charged for three months worth of cleaning but have only received one. We cannot get a hold of anyone to get our money back.

They show up when you need it most

DO NOT USE! Ali who you can see reviews his own business at the bottom(the first review) gives me a quote asks me to pay his invoice and schedules a time and does not show up. He continually says he will come but does not actually show up to do the job. Complete Crook. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM.

Amazing team at Poolinco. The owner Al Alia is a hands on individual that works hard to make his clients happy. I would totally recommend Poolinco for your design or maintenance needs.

This is the most honorable and respectful company I have ever had the absolute pleasure of having them service my pool.
They shoot you straight and stand by their word. I will keep my weekly service with them as long as I own this home.

Do not trust this company! Their reviews are fake. We hired Poolinco and they were cheaping out on Chlorine. Then I was charged $219 extra for chemicals! Our pool would be cleaned on Tuesday and have algae by Saturday. Look elsewhere for pool maintenance!

Fired Al, Poolinco and his supposed 21 employees for lying about coming to service our pool. He claimed he had been at the pool and yet did not know the Polaris was on all day, did not know the filter pump was surging because of low water and most importantly was not on our security cam footage all day. And yet he still insisted he had come and called us liars. He also yelled at me on the phone and hung up when confronted. Total fraud. Beware!!

I called to set up pool cleaning on my home since it is for sale and I no longer have time to keep up. They owner was super quick to get someone out to start the service. He made the process very simple by providing me a link via text. Wish I would have hired them sooner instead of doing my own cleanings.

Al at Poolinco is awesome. He knows how to troubleshoot issues and explains what he is doing so that you learn and understand how your pool works. Thanks to him, what could have been a major problem, was taken care of promptly. I highly recommend Poolinco!

I had a regular pool company to maintain and repair our pool equipment. The pool has been a source of frustration at only 9 years old. I finally threw up my hands when the pool went green for the 100th time. I decided to try a new service and call Poolinco USA and the my surprise a live person answered the phone on Sunday! “AL” offered to come out that same day and take a look. I was so stunned that I agreed.
He looked over all the equipment and diagnosed the problem instantly. Within a few hours our pool was sparkling and clear; furthermore, he described why this had happened and what wasn’t right with the repair work. He took his time to walk me through the engineering of our salt pool and to show me what should have been done in the first place! It is SO wonderful to find knowledgeable people in whom we can rely! The next day my grandchildren were swimming happily and I have peace of mind!

I stumbled upon Al Alia for an emergency pool situation as I do my own maintenance, and he was so responsive and helpful that I have continued to use him for every single pool issue because he immediately responds, is at my house quickly, and always fixes the problem. He truly tries to give the best customer service possible in each and every interaction. He has helped me for a while now for super small things like preparing the pool for deep freezes to huge things like changing out the motor. I also have been impressed with his follow-up care in trouble shooting problems as he stands by his work and his word. Highly recommend.

We just bought our first house and are dealing with our first pool. After struggling to maintain the pool for 3 months we finally called Poolinco. There is no way I could do this company justice in one post, but I haven't seen customer service this good from any other company.

The owner Al came out and diagnosed our problem in a matter of minutes and caught things our house/pool inspectors missed. They then corrected those issues and only charged $122 for the consultancy and repairs.

He told us how long these repairs would hold before we need a new pump and filter, while offering free advice on how to maintain our pool. We will be using Poolinco for anything we need for our pool moving forward.

They are top notch and respect/value the customer more than any company I have seen lately.

I told Al this was my first pool and I didn’t know anything about upkeep and the was music to just ears from that moment he decided to play me . This company is the biggest scam Al the ceo of the company charged me for all these products and then gave me empty containers and in a 500$ bucket of shock he filled it with D.E. Powder . and also charged me for brand new filters and put my old ones back in and my pool ! Not to mention he charged me 759$ for the pool filter and when I went to Leslie to replace the filter it was only 305$ so not only did he make up an outrageous price he still never purchased new filters !! After 3 weeks of working with him my pool still was not clean ! He also charged me for a 700$ dolphin that stop working a week later ! I called his company and called him over and over he has blocked me on his phone and when I decided to go to the store front it’s not even a real location! He talked about how he was such a good person so much I alimony believed him he never helped me he only helped himself into getting money off of me and did absolutely no work and I’m taking him to court ! My pool started green and is still very cloudy .

Al was amazing. You can tell that he really cares about the quality of work and customer service. I highly recommend him and his company. He was very responsive, no nonsense, and did an excellent job. Please see before and after photos below (Difference of 2 hours)
