He approached my problem situation with pet stains and odor with a high degree of professionalism, his techniques and products are perfect for the problem and overall I am highly satisfied with him having eliminated all of the odors in my carpet and the rest of it being incredibly clean like I’ve never seen them before other than new. I would recommend him to anyone for their needs. Very timely, very professional, and definitely knows his business.

Wonderful service all around from beginning to end. Our office roof leaked on our new leather couch and area rug (we were very worried the damage would be permeant). WOM was able to clean the couch and carpet and bring them back to life! Will use them again for home needs.

First time using them and it won’t the last. Gerald did a great job cleaning the carpet in my townhome as well as the floors on the kitchen and bathrooms, he was able to clean the glue that was coming out between the tiles. Affordable prices. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Word of Mouth! Gerald the owner is the best, always professional, on time and service has been excellent. We first used word of mouth when we moved into our new home, we had all of the Berber rugs cleaned. Since then we have used Word of Mouth several times, whenever there is an accident that produces a really thought stain we call Gerald.
