Almo duct cleaning RUINED my house during what should have been a routine duct cleaning. They left the steamer hose on in my attic after they cleaned those ducts and it soaked through my attic decking through the sheetrock in my game room. It left the insulation soaking wet in my attic as well as water damage my sheetrock. Dripping through my light sockets!!
Then, they left that same hose on an area rug, and left that soaking wet to my hardwood floors. Additionally, the contractor accidentally ripped out a curtain rod out of the wall, multiple abrasions from the ladder being dragged across our hardwood floors, scratches all around our ceiling vents from the vents being carelessly removed and put back on, scratches and dirty fingerprints on our walls. Also, the contractor somehow cut through our cable wire in the attic and we had to have the cable company come out to fix for $100. Through all of this the manager (first he told us his name is Mike, then he is John- how fishy is that) has promised to come fix all the damage and has canceled each time. We are left with hundreds and hundreds of dollars of damage and SO MUCH stress and wasted time dealing with this company. NEVER, NEVER use this company. I found them through AirPro Heating, Cooling, Duct Cleaning on google and Almo Duct Cleaning van showed up. Said they were owned by the same owner- so AVOID BOTH COMPANIES!!!

The technician, Eric, walked me through the process, showed me before-and-after photos, and explained the benefits in detail. I couldn’t believe how much dust, pet hair, and debris was sitting in our ducts. Since the cleaning, the air feels fresher, and I haven’t needed to dust every day like before. It also feels like the HVAC system isn’t working as hard. Absolutely worth it.!!

My dish washer was broken and the company warranty didn't cover it anymore. Shah from Fixup pros came and fixed the problem with minimal work and cost. everyone else told me I need a new washer. I really appreciate their honesty and would highly recommend them.

Great followup! I called them after the winterstorm Houston 2021 when every plumber in the city was booked.... Fix up Pros requested my address and photos of the leaky pipe. He said he was booked for Sunday, but would give me a call to set up time tomorrow.... He called me at 7 pm on a Sunday to make sure I was ok.... I was able to get help but the customer service for Fit Up Pros is amazing!

these guys came and fixed my door frame today. On short notice and the job is excellent. Door closes and locks better than it ever has. I can not recommend them enough!
