World of Mouth cleaning service did an amazing job cleaning the carpet in my apartment. This was my first cleaning since becoming a tenant in May Of 2023. Gerald is a true professional. He is timely, honest, reasonably priced and takes pride in his work. He has cleaned our house carpet, silk and wool rugs and my office waiting room chairs. Every time we have been very happy with his work. One time there was a difficult stain to remove on our sofa, and he came back 2 more times just to try to remove it but did not add an extra charge for it. I highly recommend Gerald!

This is our third time using the service. He was punctual, pleasant and efficient. He removed every stain and cleaned up after himself. The rugs and the chair he cleaned looked new. I cannot praise him enough.

Gerald did an amazing job cleaning my couch and chair. I have dogs in my home and the couches were dingy and smelly. Gerald was able to take the bad smell out and get out some really tough stains out of them. The couches previously looked brown and now they look gray, as they are suppose to.

Gerald was also very prompt and communicative. He gave me a detailed proposal and walked me through the entire process. Would definitely recommend and use him again for any of my upholstery needs.
