I've been using this maid service for quite awhile now, and I'm totally in love! They have the best rates compared to other services in town, and amazing Customer service!

I have used Maid Envy since December of 2014 and love Sylvia's team. Cindy is the owner and is amazing.

She took a lot of time over the phone explaining things to no end ... They did a good job it seems like they are a little disorganized with billing ect estamate time was 6 hrs but only took them 2.5 hrs.. They did a decent job but they were a little disorganized.. I probally would not hire them again

I use Maid Envy on a custom schedule for cleaning at my parent's house. My mom raves at the quality of the cleanings and the friendly nature of everyone in the crew. She's now a regular customer and intends to stick with Maid Envy for the foreseeable future.

They do a great job; often available on short notice; Cindy (owner) is always available if you feel there is a “failure to communicate”; friendly teams; good products; def will call them again.

C & G truly take pride in what they do. Every customer is taken care of like family & if anything is wrong they'll call you to fix it immediately. Plus the maids are paid a salary, so you can trust the cleaning wont be rushed.

Pleased with the cleaning however, the estimate and actual cost for a 890sq ft, not dirty apartment was over $220.00 charged to my card. I would have brought several customers their way but now, they have lost a good client and several potential new clients.

They were quiet, efficient and unabtrusive. They arrived early, but that wasn't a problem for me. They didn't freak out at the small horses I call dogs. They did a really nice job polishing the furniture which I must admit I don't do frequently enough.

All I can say is WOW! Very fast response time for a deep clean and they even sent extra people on top of what they quoted to get the job done. Customer for life. I came home to a spotless house after a crazy day. I'll be telling friends and colleagues about this experience for a while. Money well spent!

My husband gave me a gift of Maid Envy service for Christmas. I did not use it until March 12th as we had some work done in our apartment and wanted to wait until it was finished.
COMPLAINT: I had specifically requested that dusting be done even on some of the walls as dust particles had stuck to the popcorn on the walls. Not only was that not done, but none of my pictures had been dusted, nor the shelves beside our fireplace. I requested no cleaning be done in the tub/shower area, inside of stove nor vacuuming our 700 sq ft apt. They vacuumed and were we charged over $200.00. What did they do for 2hr/2 ladies? Our apt was not dirty, just very dusty. Did not receive a bill only the charge on my credit card.

Cindy has great customer service and has elevated Maid Envy. Highly recommended.

The ladies at Maid Envy do excellent work. I've always been pleased with their work, and dealing with Cindy is a breeze. She has such a clear mind and manages complicated schedule changes with amazing dexterity.

Cindy is very accommodating and nice to work with. The ladies know how I like things done and do a great job, even going above and beyond at times (like washing the sheets for me, offering to shred our documents, etc.)! I have high standards and once in awhile, I have to remind them of something, but they will gladly make it right. I also pay them to do extra things throughout the year, like cleaning out the refrigerator and oven. And I trust them, which is most important to me.
