Aleni was absolutely amazing. She was respectful, professional and efficient. She is very meticulous about her work based on my results. Everything smelled real nice and she made an adorable little design with the toilet paper. My fridge doors were so clean that I didn’t want to open it ( that might be great for weight loss, lol!)This was my first cleaning experience and I am looking forward to being a biweekly customer.

Aleni did great work. It was easy to coordinate the cleaning and they did an amazing job! I would highly recommend their services.

I was looking for next day Houston house cleaning and Maid Nice Cleaning showed up as having an online booking option. Was able to get squared away and the whole process was super easy. The team of ladies was super nice too.

I have been using Kiwi Services for carpet cleaning for the past 10+ years. Never had any issues. Great service, and I love their 'warranty' cleaning concept which allows me to keep the carpets cleaned throughout the year.

I scheduled with Kiwi last year to have my carpets cleaned. The scheduling was easy. They have local carpet cleaners that they pair with. The gentleman they used came to my house and got to work. He did a good job and even focused on some areas of concern I had where my cats had pee'd in the closet. Now I'm excited that they are coming again under warranty to redo the cleaning for only $75. They reached out to me to remind me that they offer the redo. I'm grateful they did, otherwise I would have missed the chance to get my carpets cleaned again for very little money and effort on my part. It's a great service.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I scheduled to have my tile and grout cleaned thinking they would show up with some sort of machine which is what their website shows 'a machine cleaning the tile' but no. The service tech (not his fault at all) showed up with a scrub brush and a spray bottle with cleaner in it. I questioned his tools and he said that was all he has. He was eager and said he could clean my grout. I allowed him to start, but he and I both agreed, his tool and chemical would not get the job done. He called his boss and was told to purchase another cleaner at a local hardware store. He showed up about 40 minutes later with a tile and grout cleaner and sprayed it all over my tile and scrubbed the grout. My tile is porcelain and has little grooves that collect dirt so he sprayed the cleaner and scrubbed the little grooves as well. After completing one room, he and I both agreed, his method wasn't going to work so I did not let him complete the job.

He didn't have the proper tools to clean the chemical off of my floor and I tried to mop it up after he left to no avail. I had to hire another company to clean my floors the next day. KiWi left a slimy, stinky film all over my tile. If I wanted a hardware store product, I could have done that myself.

I expected a professional tile and grout cleaning. I called the office and explained the mess I was left with and was told there was nothing that could be done about the money owed. They would send someone else the next day to fix the problem. I scheduled but then decided these people would not touch my tile again. I do not trust them. Why wasn't the person with proper equipment sent in the first place.

I have since called to ask for a refund since they offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on their services and no one has contacted me.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR TILE AND GROUT CLEANING. They are a joke and so is their 30 day satisfaction guarantee.

We have used Kiwi services for several years now in multiple homes and always have a great and professional experience. With kids, the warranty is an added plus knowing that we are covered for that year.

I’ve had a great experience with Kiwi! They are able to come very promptly after contacting for carpet cleaning. I also have used and really enjoy the 1 year warranty where each room is only $6 to re-clean within the year and a trip charge ($39 I believe). The warranty makes Kiwi an easy choice!

I'm updating this review to add that I am consistently pleased with the level of service that Kiwi provides. I appreciate their timely and thorough carpet cleaning, as well as their attentiveness to my phone requests. What I wrote previously still stands too.

I’m so disappointed! I scheduled my appointment on Monday for them to service me on the upcoming Friday from 10am to 12pm. Well on Thursday they called me and asked if they could move my service hours up to 8am to 10am. I said sure. On Friday, I am waiting for their arrival and realize that the time is now 10:48am. I call them and ask what time were they going to arrive and was told that one of the workers called out and that they would be by al from 11am to 12pm. Pretty much the original time. I said fine. So we move all of the small furniture out of the way to ensure a really good clean could be done. The service tech finally arrives and he asks if I want the stain removal, and initially I admit I said no. Then he said well if you don’t get the stain removal then we aren’t responsible for the stains. I was skeptical to add the service because it was 109 dollars extra. So I declined. The tech started vacuuming and cleaning the carpet. I am very nosy so I go to see the progress after about 5 minutes off him starting and I am not liking the results. I then say no this won’t work I’ll go ahead and add the stain removal service. Then he says I’m not sure you want to add it because it may not work. In my head I was thinking, “well just a couple of minutes ago you were saying it would remove stains. Now you’re saying it may or may not work.” So I’m now concerned that he doesn’t want to do the job thoroughly. So he says just let me finish and you will see that it’s better. I said okay. 20 minutes goes by and he is done with all the rooms, and I’m like there’s no way that he is done. So I go to check my room and the carpet is still not to my liking. So I say are we sure we can’t add the stain removal service and again he tells me it may not work. I ask my husband to check and he’s like oh it’s fine. I understand that he doesn’t want to spend more money after the got says it still may not work. So I’m stuck with a wet dirty carpet. Then the carpet cleaning tech says just wait until it dries it will look better. I just said okay and paid the man. I will never use their services again. Btw I was told it takes an hour to dry over the phone upon initial scheduling phone call and it’s been 3 hours and it’s still not dry. I’m using the ceiling fan and a box fan to dry it! Smh I was bamboozled. This is the final work.

Update: I am changing my review to 3 star based solely on how they handled my complaint. Kiwi contacted me and worked to make the situation right. I really appreciate the amazing customer service and willingness to address the issue. I will give them another try in the future.

They brought my rug back and it looks like they literally just vacuumed it. There is no way they cleaned it at all. My rug is supposed to be white....as you can see in the image, it's not. Plus it took them almost a month to get me the rug back! What a rip-off. If they couldn't clean it, they needed to call and be honest. Instead they bring it to you, have you sign the receipt first, and then bring it in the house. Very shady business practices.

I'm really pleased with the service i received from kiwi they have been a good sound firm carpet cleaning company for me they have provided all the needs of cleaning for our home.
