He was very knowledgeable and gave me helpful tips about how to maintain my carpet with a pet. He called and kelp me inform about his arrival and he was very professional. I will hire him again I already have his info to my sister

I feel deceived, charged me almost $300 for 25 minutes doing 3 bedrooms and 2 carpets in the living room, nothing change the carpet still the same when I asked him I don't see any difference his response was you have to clean it up before we arrive, didn't even try to do under the beds.

I was very satisfied with the work they did, floors looked brand new! There were no hidden fees and they didn't do a bait and switch. They also provided me with additional carpet care information for the future.

Last minute tried to find someone to come out today, the person I talked to on the phone was polite and got Lonnie and Abel to came this afternoon. They showed up on time, got the job done swiftly. Very polite answered all my questions and explained the process and all that was going to be done.
I will for sure call again and ask for Lonnie and Abel in 8 months !

Tex A Clean has done work for me in my personal home as well as many of my clients that I have referred them to, as I am a Realtor. I have seen them work miracles, but are honest with me when there may me an area that is not salvageable. They are always available when I am in a time crunch, and timely themselves. I refer them to all of mt colleagues!

Christian was really professional and so was his staff. Thry did such a great job. That I wold recommend them to my family and friends. Will definitely keep using them.

These guys are quick, courteous, and on time. We would use again and recommend. They gave us an hour window and not a 5 hour block. My carpets smell great!

we had some pretty rough stains and places where the cat had accidents and Alfonzo did a great job getting them up. if i didnt know better i would have thought it was new carpet. they are also so cheap for the quality cleaning that they offer, will definitely use them again.

terrible job, my appointment was scheduled from 8-9 the technician got here at 9:30. he only spent 10 minutes doing his job, which was one room and stairs. The stairs were not cleaned he only sprays and said he was done. I am very unhappy with the service and the way Cristian, the manager, handles the situation.

I have a all WHITE 3 inch pile Safavieh rug that my dog decided to use the restroom on in 3 big areas. I called Tex a ran they came on time and picked it up. I am amazed at the quality job and the effort that they used to clean my rug. They got all the urine out snd it looks brand new and soft again. They treated the fibers on the rug, they used enzymes etc! They pulled out all the stops snd I'm so happy. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THEM..YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT! I've attatched a picture of the amazing job they did. I'll be using them for my yearly maintenance as well!

Mixed feelings about my experience with Tex A Clean Carpet Care. First, the technician arrived without calling ahead because he apparently misread my phone number on the work order. I told him that I was interested primarily in having the heavy traffic areas cleaned, and he took me at my word. Did not move the dining room chairs, which I assumed he would do. I had already picked up many small items. The technician moved nothing.
Nor did he put caps or blocks under table or chair legs, which I assumed was standard operating procedure, based on the practice of previous carpet cleaners.
The technician was unable to remove a number of black stains of unknown origin. He said he paid special attention to these stains. Disappointing.
On a positive note, the technician did remove pet stains and food spills as expected.
In conclusion, I do not like the deodorizer treatment, which seems to me to be a heavy scent treatment. We found this unpleasant and would prefer to skip that step.

In the past Tracey or the 2 owner's sons cleaned the carpet well. But a new employee on September 14, 2022 did a horrible job so I reported him to Christian, owner. The carpet cleaner clothes were very soiled and he even smelled dirty. Christian is supposed to redo the carpet but each time I call him to get the carpet cleaned, again, he hangs up the phone on me. I paid 270 in cash but his receipt has 110. I want to be refunded for the condition your cleaner left my carpet in..

If you are ever looking for carpet cleaning services, look no further. Tex A Clean is the way to go! After being cancelled on by one local carpet cleaning company and calling 50 others the night before Christmas Eve, this company was the only one to be on the way to our apartment in only 30 minutes. Not only that, but Abel, the employee, was able to get multiple stains out of my carpet, & even a wool rug. Could not recommend this place more! 10/10!

The techs actually showed up ahead of schedule and took care of my carpet problem. The results were great and I’ll be using their service again. Professional service at an affordable price.

Tex-A did a great job overall cleaning our carpets before our move in to our townhome. They did 3 rooms, 2 on the third floor using powerful hose system from van. The carpets were sanitized due to pet stains and looked and felt as good as new on the feet afterward. The cost was higher than quoted due to them finding pet stains on inspection but it was worth the extra cost. The only minor issue I would say is that they dumped the water w a little debris in the tank in their van a little far from the driveway drain/gutter, so took a few days to get washed into drain w rain/wind. Anyway, they did a great job with our house.

After Harvey flooded my home, I couldn't find people to help. A neighbor recommended Christian from Tex A Clean so I called. They came the same day. The crew was very professional, thoughtful and caring. They knew what they were doing and worked very hard. I was very grateful to end that day knowing I finally had professionals taking care of the flood mess.

Great services with a good price we had our carpets and upholstery cleaned by Tex A Clean and they did a awesome job this is our second time using them they also did a fantastic job on our air duct cleaning 2 months ago. I wish i could give them a higher ratting but can only give the 5 star.
