The owner and his team did a great job cleaning our windows inside and out, as well as power washing the house. We have a 4 story white stucco home, and they had the equipment to do it properly. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend.

I have been using Houstonian services to clean all my windows (interior and exterior). The team of 2 did an amazing job. They were focused and left everything spotless. The owner then came for a final inspection. It was a great experience at a reasonable price for a very happy customer!

Mr David is very professional. He gave us an on-site same day estimate for free to do maintenance to all our house. We hired Houstonian Services for window cleaning on the exterior and inside our home, we did pressure washing in all our driveway, we removed al the mold and dust from the walls, and they also cleaned our gutters. Everything with the same company in an affordable price! Highly recommended!

We wanted to get the house pressure washed and the windows cleaned as we were putting the house up for sale. David was responsive and managed the process well. The price was good and the quality of the work was way above our expectations. The two guys on David’s crew were very detail oriented and diligent about scrubbing every inch of the house. The end product just blew us away. It looked like a new house. Our only regret was not doing this on a more regular basis in years past. Highly recommended!

Had my windows cleaned for the first time by Houstonian Services. Excellent job. Sparkling windows. They were very considerate of my home wearing shoe booties and his mask. They cleaned the windows, screens, and tracks like brand new! I referred them to my neighbors and they have already booked their appointments.

Houstonian services did a great job, 3 guys came to our house on time, we’re courteous and explained what they were going to do. They did a VERY thorough great quality job with cleaning our windows with good equipment and a water based solution, used ladders to get to all the top windows of our 3 story townhome. They also did a nice job pressure washing our balcony stucco wall and even washed our stains balcony floor which was not expected. Price was reasonable.. payment was easy, take credit card. Thank you!

I do not tend to write reviews, but I think it is worthy to make this one.

I first came across with Houstonian Services when looking for a cleaning company for the firm I work for. We contracted their services to clean the facade of our office including the windows. The most I liked was that they used equipment that allow to properly conduct the work on an expedite manner.

At the end of the work, we were very satisfied with the outcome and what best at a competitive value!

I liked their work to the point that I hired the company to clean the windows of my house. We used to do the cleaning of the windows in our own, but it usually took too much time and at the end we ended up exhausted. From now on, we will hired Houstonian Services to do the job.

It was also noteworthy that all company personnel were using mask at all times, so we were not concern at all for Covid issues.

Very pleased with this company! Business owner, David, came to my house very quickly after I called to do an estimate, and was very professional and thorough, even explaining that a couple of my double-pane windows had leaked. and the fog I was seeing was not from outside film or dirt. He also explained that I could have just the glass replaced without replacing the entire window! I contracted to have all of the outside windows cleaned, and I’m very happy with the results. Highly recommend Houstonian Services!

Update (10/12/23):
Used these guys again, but this time not only for window washing but for gutter cleaning and soft house wash as well. Again, truly tremendous result. They were on time, efficient, and perfectionists. They went above and beyond, also spot cleaning places on my deck, spending extra time on the house to remove mud dauber nests, and even cleaned up the leaves that fell from the roof into my pool. It's like owning a brand new house.

These guys were tremendous. Quick, efficient, friendly, professional, and incredibly cost-effective. I’m not sure my windows have ever been cleaner, and certainly not for this reasonable of a price. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Team came and cleaned some pretty clogged gutters on a 3 story house + pressure washed a very dirty driveway. Reasonable price and quality work, in under two hours. Would recommend!

I used Houstonian Services for gutter and exterior window cleaning. The crew did a fantastic job, I can't believe how clean the windows and screens are after six years of no cleaning! I'm so happy with how they look!! The crew also made my neighbors very happy for cleaning all the mess my gutters made in their patios while cleaning. I will definitely use this company again and my neighbor was so impressed with their work, they asked me for their info. Reasonably priced, too.
