OMG! I had the most amazing experience! Lonnie and Able came right in and immediately started working. You can tell they are a TEAM! I had 2 rooms, small hallway and stairs. I also had my upholstery done (sofa, loves eating, chair and ottoman. I got a great package deal. Definitely will have them back and I am going to recommend them to my friends and family. Try them, you won't be disappointed! Update: After the furniture dried I noticed a stains on the chair and my hardwood floor had large water stains. I had to have a company to come in and clean the floors and reapply wax. I then came back to update this review.

These guys get 5 stars for their customer service for sure. Jerry and jr came and cleaned my carpet. After all of our muddy adventures my carpets were caked with mud and just all around nastiness! Along with cleaning the carpet for me they offered me advice on how to keep it clean in the future. Will definitely schedule my next service from them.

I was almost hesitant to call because of some of the reviews. I decided to call anyway and found out that they are under New ownership they we're very pleasant and helpful. The technician did a wonderful job on my carpet, they were very efficient and thorough. When they were done my carpet smelled great and was clean. I would recommend them.

After having multiple dogs and puppies in my house, my carpets were honestly in rough shape, and I didn’t know if they’d ever look the same again. These guys (Jerry & Jr) came out and absolutely blew me away.

They were professional, on time, and worked hard, but most importantly, my carpets look and smell amazing again. You’d never know how bad it was before they showed up.

If you have pets, kids, or just need a serious deep clean, I 100% recommend them. Worth every penny, and I’ll definitely be calling them again. Thank y’all for doing such an awesome job!

I highly recommend Houstonian Services! I have used them two times this past year to clean my gutters. David is very responsive and customer oriented . He arrived on time with his 3 man crew and did a complete gutter cleaning job. Also blowing off all excess pine needles and leaves from around the house in addition to cleaning off my roof!

Efficient and professional service for our indoor and outdoor windows. Showed up on time and we’re able to reach the very high windows in our three story house. Finish is great and good value. We will definitely use them again.

I was looking for a new gutter cleaning service after the guy we used previously closed his business. I called Houstonian Services for a quote and they came out the same day to give me an estimate and got me on the schedule within a week. We had our gutters cleaned this morning and they did a great job for a very reasonable price. On time, friendly, cleaned up after themselves, and took care to avoid damaging any of our landscaping. We will definitely use Houstonian Services again in the future for gutter cleaning or other services they provide when the need arises.

Great experience overall! They were responsive when I reached out for a quote, and we quickly got an appointment on the books. They were able to come over a week early after a cancellation nearby and handled everything so well. Got it done efficiently without cutting corners. Definitely recommend!

The crew arrived promptly at my house for inside/outside window cleaning on my 4 story home. The service was performed professionally and am very glad with the results. Given the height of my home, it was hard for me to clean the outside windows on the upper floors so I decided to contact Houstonian Services and am glad I did.

Houstonian Services Inc. just washed the windows and screens of my 3-story townhouse, and they did a great job. They were quick, professional, nice, and the price was right! I would definitely recommend them. They also do several other services such as power washing, listed on their website.

I live in the Heights and used Houstonian Services for window washing (two story row house) and power washing. The team was punctual, professional, and extraordinarily courteous. Oh- and they did a great job- my windows are sparkling!! I also appreciate that they squeezed me in week before Thanksgiving without a hassle. Will definitely call them again!!

I’ve been using Houstonian Services for a few years now for gutters, power washing, and window cleaning. They are reliable and work very hard at doing a great job. We have a very old home with lots of single pane windows and they are careful with each one. We also have a ton of hardscaping that we have them power wash. They use a machine that gets our concrete amazingly clean without lots of strange streaks from the power washer. Last, we spend a ton of time on our porch. Houstonian Services has thoroughly cleaned it top to bottom and including our outdoor rugs. I’m so excited to put 2020 behind us and we’re starting with a wonderfully clean exterior thanks to Houstonian.

Highly recommend. Prior to service, the company surveyed the property and provided a free quote. On the day of the appointment, the crew arrived on time and worked very hard to complete the job. They were very professional and courteous. The cost was reasonable and they did an excellent job. Very happy with the entire experience!

I live in the Katy area, and these guys drove all the way to my house to do an amazing job! Never thought that cleaning my windows was so important. They truly have knowledge in what they do, not only that, but they are very professional. Cleaning windows is not a DIY, you really have to hire professional to do the job. Just had Houstonian Services, Inc. come out and clean my windows, and pressure washed driveway and stairs. They were recommended by my neighbor who used them and they did a great job at an very reasonable price. Definitely would use them again.
