I am very pleased with the work that Amazon Maids has done for me. They are on time and do a very good job cleaning my house. I love the little surprises of doing decorative things with my blankets, paper towels, hand towels and toilet paper. It makes me feel as if I’m on vacation!! 😄They even got all the water spots off my shower doors! Great work girls!!

Looking forward to my move out cleaning tomorrow. Lucy was very sweet got me scheduled at a great price will post updated pics 😁. After they are done tomorrow, sounds and seems like it's a wonderful company customer service is emaculent.

The team that came to do a deep clean yesterday did a fantastic job. They were very professional, friendly and courteous. They seemed to really enjoy their jobs. I would recommend them to anyone. Very pleased with their work.

I met Lucia several weeks ago when I was looking for a housekeeper. I have had the absolute worst experiences with trying to find a reliable service. Yes, the price was a lot, but given the condition that my place was in, it was reasonable. The cleaning crew were extremely hard working and have given me a clean and safe environment to live in. I could not be happier with choosing Houston Amazon Maids.

I used Amazon Maids every two weeks and really enjoyed the service. I recommended them to two other friends. Lucia is also very personable and you can contact her easily!

I have scheduled few cleanings with Houston Amazon Maids and they’ve been amazing. As someone who is pretty picky with cleanliness, I appreciate the little details and the thorough cleaning they do. It is the same consistent crew as well which is what I appreciate the most so I get to know them and they know my preference. Definitely recommend them and the owner is very responsive with messages in a timely manner.

Lucia was so pleasant to work with during the scheduling process. She was patient, accommodating and professional. I opted for a deep cleaning with many add ons.
The cleaning team arrived on time and immediately got to work. While my husband and I Ieft to run errands Alvy and Rosalio performed magic. When we returned it was like walking into a newly redecorated home. Every task we requested was exceptionally performed. We had for the past two and one-half weeks inside home repairs being completed so their tasks were not easy. Aside from the spectacular cleaning, the bed was made up to perfection and the bathroom tissue was sculptured into rose buds. Oh La La.
All of this is to say, if you are considering a house cleaning I highly recommend Houston Amazon Maids. Lucia is so easy to schedule with and after having worked for hours getting our home twinkling, when we returned home Alvy and Rosalio greeted us with smiles. Who could ask for more?

Been a customer for a little over 6 months now. It has been the same cleaning crew every time, which is really nice. They are very friendly and quiet. Occasionally, I will request an area be cleaned extra thoroughly instead of another area I am less concerned about. Often, I return to find that they were able to be extra thorough where requested while still cleaning the lower-priority area. It gives the impression that they are not there to clean as fast as possible, but instead to clean as much as possible in the time allotted, which I really appreciate.

A small example of this was their most recent clean. I had just started the dryer with my bed sheets when the crew arrived. I told them not to worry about making the bed, as it was my fault for not having the sheets ready in time. I returned later to find that they had clearly checked the dryer at the end of the appointment, saw that they were ready, and went ahead and made the bed anyway. It is a small thing, but at the same time I wouldn't be surprised if many crews would have just left it (especially considering I had said not to worry about it!)

I’m so very happy to see these young ladies today. This is our 2nd home using their services and I can’t say enough about how thorough their services are. Additionally they’re always pleasant and professional. When they leave I always have a big smile. I highly recommend this company!

If you want to hear angels singing with joy get your house cleaned by Amazon Maids. They have been cleaning my home every other week for about 10 months and it has been incredible. They are detail oriented, always on time, and the nicest people. Thursdays are my favorite day of the week because I know how great my house will look when I get home. Albi and Rosalio are the best and care for my home like they would their own. If you truly want your house cleaned at a great price please call this company.

Basically:
- inadequate/insufficient cleaning supplies
- managed unprofessionally (unresponsive)
- unknowledgeable employees
- possible child labor issue? (I didn’t ask for ID)

I was told by ‘Kai’ that two people would come to clean my home. The person I made the appt with drove to my neighborhood at my appt time and said he was waiting on the two ladies to arrive. He wouldn’t actually drive to my house or let me see him - weird.

Then a non-English speaking woman pulls up with her child in the car... but I totally get it so I’m trying to stay cool! I’m thinking maybe someone else is also on the way. After all they didn’t have near enough supplies.

They motioned upstairs so I let them in and then watched her daughter mop my carpet 😐. She let the mop drip on my carpet so many times that I was able to record it. I also noticed they didn’t have any buckets for the mops??

I spoke to ‘Kai’ about the issue and he told me that the girl was just in training. He said I needed to leave and then come back because watching them clean would make things worse!?

Now he won’t answer the phone or return my money.

Purchased a groupon deal for $229 . Scheduling was easy. The team showed up on time and did a fantastic job. I've set up to have them come out once a month . Hopefully the service will continue to go well. I'll keep everyone posted.

He doesn't answer back anymore (guess some people don't appreciate tips) That's ok ..it wasn't that thorough of a job done anyways. I would always find 1/3 of my carpet or floor still dirty. But he should communicate -To send a halfway communication ..then just leave someone hanging is Unprofessional.

Best experience I have had. Prices were great, service exceptional. They did an amazing job on my daughters house!! I cant thank them enough!! I will definately use their service again!! Thank you!!!

2 women that spoke no English came. I had to tell them to clean a restroom. And refrigerator which they didnt clean and was included in my payment. She destroyed my stove hood. I called and reported it sent picture of damage. Said he'd call me back and didn't. Even tho i said i wanted regular visits just with different ppl to come out.

Very thorough cleaning. Excellent price. Excellent service. You won’t be disappointed. I don’t know what kind of cleaning chemicals they used but everything looked brand new and I’ve been living in this house 15 years. I am more than impressed.
