I reached out to multiple providers on yelp through the Yelp project finder. From all of the providers that reached out, this was the only company that replied at a very late time and then requested a response from me. Then Ricardo decided to call me uneducated because I did not have the courtesy to respond. So since he wants to be rude, I thought it would be a good idea to let everyone know how he talks to people.

Ricardo is awesome!!!! He came out the same day we called him and worked until the AC unit was working great. He is very reasonable and won't cheat you like most AC repair guys. He will repair your AC unit without trying to sell you a new $10k one. I would recommend him to anyone.

I found Amer HVAC Services on Yelp on a Sunday while my digital thermostat gave up for no reason. Ricardo was able to communicate to me efficiently via text knowledgeably. He diagnosed the problem and proposed a solution in a very technical and professional manner. He showed up with the proper equipment and skill sets, installed it promptly, fixed my problem, checked the rest of my system and charged reasonably; while some other vendor may shy away from this complicated system or charge more on a Sunday. Ricardo is truly a Lennox Specialist who is friendly, professional and trust worthy. I highly recommend Ricardo at Amer and will tell my family and friends about him!

Ricardo did a fantastic job explaining what we needed and doing extra things without being asked or charging us for them. His rates are extremely fair and reasonable compared to other suppliers I’ve received estimates from. he was here from 7 PM until 930. Finishing the job without rushing or rescheduling. he was very thorough explaining everything and what might help us maximize our unit efficiency in the future.

My AC unit was leaking and seeping through my walls. I reached out to Amer HVAC and Ricardo reached out right away with his availability and was able to come out same day. Ricardo was very professional and very knowledgeable. He right away knew what was the problem and got to work. While working he was able to explain to me what was the cause, and ways to prevent this situation to happen again.
I truly appreciate RICARDO/AMER HVAC for his professionalism throughout my urgent matter. I highly recommended their services and I would be reaching out to them again for any issues in the future.

Ricardo was professional, provided on time resolution to our ac coil replacement. Corrected bad installation of the previous tech. Provided an affordable price. Left everything to a 100%. God bless him and his business! Another supplier recommended by a home warranty was trying to take advantage from us almost charging double what Ricardo charged us.
