Can’t say enough good things about AirGirl! They were ridiculously quick to respond, EXTREMELY affordable compared to anyone else I got quotes from and they checked on me THREE times to make sure that my new system was working well. I highly suggest them to anyone…and HAVE!

Initial work was done last year, and everything went smoothly for the most part. Started having a loud noise come from my pump w/in 9 months of the installation service. When I initially called and left a message I never got a response. Called again almost a week later and was finally able to schedule an appointment. The day of my appointment it had to be rescheduled due to an issue with their vehicle which added another week. The day of the reschedule, and nobody showed up at the appointment time. I received a missed call about 20-30 min after the appointment time , and called back 10-15 min later w/out a response, but then received a text saying they would come back in the evening. At that point it had been going on 3 weeks I had the issue with my AC after a service performed less than a year prior, and was expected to have to keep waiting and putting on what I scheduled around the designated appointment time because of an issue on their end with the times I was asked by them to schedule around. Once I told them I’d have to go with another company I never heard from them again.

This place is super phenomenal from getting quotes to the service aspect. Debbie was super kind and assisting to make sure we got up and running as fast as possible. That was amazing since it’s houston and the heat is unbearable. I definitely recommend her and her team for all your AC need because she will make sure the job gets done!!! I will definitely be referring my family and friends:)

I needed a change out on my AC, Heat, Ductwork and decided to choose Trace with Airgirl. I did my home work on the pricing and workmanship before hiring Trace. His business is family owned and had the best recommendations in the Cy Fair area and had the best prices.

Trace arrived at my residence with his 2 son’s who are also AC technicians. They were very professional and did an excellent job. The total change out on the unit was done in a day. They explained everything on my new unit and the warranty. I highly recommend his company to anyone.

I found myself without any working AC units in the midst of the August heatwave. I left a message before office hours and received a call just after they got into the office. Debbie was able to fit me in for a same day appointment. I received a text to let me know when Trace was on his way and when he arrived, he was able to quickly diagnose the issue. Trace was able to obtain the new condensers and evap coils the same day, and the crew stayed late into the evening to install everything and make sure my system was up and cooling the house before they left, cleaning up behind themselves as well. The price was in line with what I’d been told to expect by another company.
This was such a positive experience and very different from when I had to do a condenser replacement in a prior home in a different state. I had mentally prepared myself to be told it would be a week before I would have AC in my home and my expectations were completely exceeded with the same day, professional service. Everyone was communicative and very responsive.
Would absolutely recommend AirGirl to anyone who needs HVAC service.

Debbie, Trace and Mike were a dream team and so great to work with. They bent over backwards to replace the condenser on my elderly parents system on a late, rainy Saturday night. They kept me informed every step of the way so as not to alarm my folks at having strangers at their house at odd hours. For a day that was so stressful for my parents, it couldn't have turned out better thanks to the wonderful efforts from Airgirl!

Had Chris come out and look at my system. He was flexible, came out to see me right after his last project so that he could come that same day with short notice. He was very friendly and explained what and why he was doing every step of the way. He also gave good recommendations and pointed out some of the other issues I should watch out for and how I can prevent future issues. The price was more than reasonable, he was very friendly, eager to answer questions, and I highly recommend him.

If you are looking for someone to service your home air conditioner, Chris is your man! Professional, punctual and so honest. His pricing is extremely reasonable on everything that he does. I haven’t been disappointed once with this company, we plan on using him for many years to come!
