Top notch service from this company specifically Marcus. He was very knowledgeable understanding and patient when it came to my toilet leaking. Also, he was quick and clean when doing the job. Azahel was our service tech and he did an amazing job. We have had multiple plumbers out and he figured out what the problem actually was and didn't leave until it was fixed!

Azahel with Ozark Services was prompt, professional, and efficient with my plumbing repairs. He got to work immediately after arriving, and completed my repairs in a short order of time.

My wife called early this morning to report our A/C problem. Sergio arrived shortly after 10am. By noon he had not only resolved our issue but did inspection on our heating system and found an issue with a capacitor that was going bad. Extremely reasonable pricing for everything he did. Sergio handled everything professionally and took the time to explain things in layman's terms. We'll be sure to ask for him if we need future service.

Do not recommend using this company. The contractor Mario came to fix an issue within our home and somehow broke our gate by kicking it in instead of asking for assistance to open the gate. I reached out to Ozark and the manager Ron was very unprofessional dismissive and rude. It took them 4 months to find the source of a leak after they claimed there was none. That sounds like they collect service fees without fully completing the service. We paid our hard earned money to invest in our property for them to have such a nonchalant attitude about damaging our property.

They notified me when they were on their way. Azahel arrived promptly and professionally. He quickly, and correctly diagnosed the problem. He then got out the equipment he needed and quickly resolved the issue. When all was finished he left. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

The service was phenomenal. After 2 days without AC and 2 fail technician visits from another company, Anthony came, really looked into everything, and was able to fix our AC in a couple of hours. He left not long ago and my house is already cooling down and doing so much better than before. 10/10 recommend.

Dillon Y. With Ozark was great!! We are in a rental with a management company. So far they have sent out a couple ppl for quotes. Told us the ducts were an issue and just left things the way they were. We didn’t know our a/c was actually disconnected & blowing in the attic!!! Dillon took the time and reattached the duct to help where he could for us!! Great guy!! Went above & beyond!! Thank you! Hope you get the job from management!

The technician arrived, introduced himself, and explained that he would be checking the air conditioner. However, I found it unusual that he couldn’t confirm whether the issue had been resolved or identify any specific problem that might require additional service. The air conditioning system appears to be functioning properly now.
