Fast and friendly service. Same day service. Blake called ahead of time to confirm appointment and gather more information. I explained that I tried to fix a leaky outside hose spigot. In doing so I made the leak worse by removing the old soldering seal.
Blake arrived on time, reviewed the problem, gave me a quote and offered two spigot solutions. I thought it was nice to be given the options. Once decided he quickly and professionally replaced the spigot and tested for leaks. I am happy with the outcome and fair price for a job well done.

This was rough. I am sure Topher is a nice guy but he was very clearly not happy about coming out at night, didn’t offer to fix anything that night and tried to massively upsell me. I recommend finding a different group. Malek has gone downhill since Grant Cardone bought a large stake.

Michael did a great job. He identified the issue and fixed it quickly, and was thorough in explaining what the problem was. Extremely satisfied with Malek Service, and the fact this was all booked same day is that much better.

The technician knew his job & completed it in time. Wise Guys continue to do a great job every time with our home a/c system.

Was a disappointed with the plumber they sent out to give us an estimate.
He was a little rude with my father and was not able to fully answer his questions. My father is an electrical engineer and has worked in the construction of several buildings, so he understands the details of what a job entails. The gentleman that came to house often responded with I'll have to ask my boss or I'm not sure on basic items such as the thickness of the protective film, type of caulking, grout, or window seal. About an hour in, he got frustrated with my father's questions, mostly because I believe he didn't know the answers. The quote they provided didn't detail the plumbing questions we had and the replacement needs for the consisting conversion from a bath to shower in an older house. Needless to say we will not be using this company.

Topher was absolutely fabulous. He was better than any technicians I’ve had for any service. He is patient and knowledgeable and took time to educate me on HVAC systems, support service, and tips to use when purchasing a new unit and purchasing a new home with a unit. I would give him 10 stars if the rating went that high.

Top shelf family owned buisness. Hard working plumbers that take pride in their work. Modern day craftsmanship is so hard to find. I do work here and have done all these jobs.

We needed the annual inspection of our HVAC system. Topher was the technician with Malek that completed the service. He did a great job, was thorough, answered all of my questions, took the time to reassure us about the health and life of our system. Topher is a great asset to the Malek team and employees like Topher are the reason we keep coming back to Malek. Honest, friendly, and never try to upsell you on anything you don't need.

I am very satisfied with this company. They are prompt and very professional and will not rip you off. My service technician was excellent. Kind, professional, and willing to discuss and go over all options and answer any questions I had.

Just had Justin to the house for my plumbing inspection and service. Was very happy with the outcome. He was very professional and kind. Work was efficient and clean. Again very happy with this company.

My experience today with Malek and especially with Corey Upchurch was extremely positive. Corey provided clear and understandable explanations of my HVAC system and my needs to receive maximum benefit from this equipment.

Didn't like the 'senior' tech assessment and attitude over the phone and then gives me a quote to repair for 14k and replacement for 16-18k. This is for one unit. Ridiculous. Would not recommend. I was able tonreolace for half the price. All decent systems come with 10year warranty on material so don't fall for that.

Amazing service is always provided by Malek. I’m not one to leave reviews but every time I’ve dealt with Malek and it’s employees they’ve always left me very impressed with the service, attitude, professionalism, and kindness there employees provide.

Topher Grinnell is great. He explained everything clearly and concisely. He was thorough and conscientious. he worked hard together us the best pricing amongst several estimates!

Kyle was very informative and gave me good guidance on a toilet replacement. Now I'm waiting on Malek to call and tell me what date and time they will come to complete the replacement.

Mr. Upchurch allowed me to assist in the assessment process telling me what each equipment was needed for and gave reasonable quotes on different parts, and truly educated me on what I needed to proceed in the best possible way to solve my issues. I was hoping to find a new company to enter a long-term contract with to service my central air and mini split unit, and was optimistic after reading the majority of the reviews. However, we needed TWO lines (heating and cooling)to be hooked up and the vacuum done on the mini split. They quoted us $1000 for 30 mins worth of work. And that was with their 15% discount. I will be calling following this review to cancel the maintenance plan that I signed up for yesterday, for I will not do business with those that take advantage of a situation, just because you can. Even the response from the gentleman to my husband, in my opinion, proved that point. I've included a picture to show what we're talking about here.
