Mario was absolutely excellent at his job! He arrived right on time to replace our water heater and immediately impressed us with his professionalism, knowledge, and friendly attitude. He quickly identified the issues, explained them clearly, and completed the replacement in under an hour. The tech called ahead and was polite and resolved the issue pretty quickly. The rating is based on the sewer splatter all over the place. It’s all over my walls more than 6 feet high, on my towels, the window, the door, the floor, and he used my sink to wash his tools off and left the sink dirty. I keep my home spotless. The fact that this is sewer water is completely disgusting.

I can always count on Ozark technicians to be highly competent, reliable, courteous. I have worked with them for years, and have enjoyed using their services. Their technicians explain the issues & solutions very well with clear competence & confidence. Their pricing is fair & affordable, especially compared to other big names. I never feel like I'm being hustled - everyone I've encountered focused on resolving my issue completely, quickly, without breaking the bank.

I live in a 100-yr home that has needed a lot of upgrades over the years. I’ve worked with at least 5 different companies over the years, never finding one on which I could consistently rely. Until now. Tristen is by far the most trustworthy plumber I’ve ever had. He wants to find the solution - not trying to overcharge or go beyond the scope of work required. I would recommend him to my family and friends in a heart beat. Genuinely passionate about his craft and very efficient.

Doug is the absolute greatest gem we’ve found in an HVAC technician, as renters our landlord sent out Malek for our routine maintenance. while he was here he tested our furnace to ensure it was ready for winter and gave me his contact information in case I needed help in the future. Well today my house was 58 degrees, and the heater wasn’t working. I reached out to Doug for troubleshooting, it was a quick fix of the breaker (I’m just a girl okay?) and saved me so much time and a headache of having to go through the property managers to get Malek out here to warm up my children, and sick aunt.
I will forever recommend Malek to my friends looking for HVAC needs, just for the personable, caring interaction I had with Doug!

All he wanted to do was tell me my unit was old and needed a new one @$17,600.
I had to call another AC company they came out said my AC unit was good and he had the problem fixed in 30 Minutes
I will never call on them again

Malek representative Emmanuel Ordonez came by and did a quick and masterful repair service on my Generac. The issue he found was that the supply valve had been turned off. I told him my Husky runs around behind the generator and probably hit the valve handle to the off position. Kudos to everyone at Malek! Keep up the great service! 👍🏼

Eric was very professional and friendly. He took the time and explain to me about the work that needed to be done on the generator. Even though he only has 5 months, i believe he has a bright future with the company. Personally, you all hired a GOOD man.👍👍

The service guy was brilliant, really helpful, really knowledgeable, and really friendly. It would be nice to get the quotation, as it was almost a week ago now; in fact, it might be more than a week. 🤷 He spent a lot of time at the property, so I'm hoping that this is a very detailed quotation.

I found them as a certified carrier service provider. They came to my house, convinced to sign up for an annual commitment for two units. Have provided 0 value, they came to diagnose an issue, they realized that they need to replace a fan on one of my condensers... its been 6 months, no follow up no solution. they are yet to come back and fix it.. everytime they come they try to sell me $1000s of new stuff... so basically you pay them an annual fee for them to come sell you more stuff... very poor customer service, and i am considering filing for a BBB complaint to get a refund on my annual service.

I have HVAC spring maintenance today. The technician - Doug Walker was very friendly, knowledgeable . I’m a in my 70s and speak poor English. He is the first and only asked me to watch what and how he did, step by step, He patiently explained all the upcoming problems, provided data and analysis chart, made sure I fully understood and provided solutions and estimates. Mr walker, really did a great job, thanks! I firmly believe that I will still request your services next time.

Total scam, had a tech come out to assess what I needed. He immediately sold me a brand new water heater. It gets installed and the problem stayed the same. Now they’re telling me I have to pay more money for an entirely different service to get it fixed. Don’t fall for these guys tricks I can’t imagine how someone who couldn’t afford a water heater would feel. The craziest part it’s been 2 weeks and they still haven’t came back to fix it.

Great price. Good product. Next day service. Cleaned up too.
