We have used Ozark for several years for HVAC and plumbing. From annual HVAC annual maintenance, to HVAC & plumbing repairs, to new HVAC installs. Their extensive knowledge, troubleshooting, professionalism and honesty exceed our expectations every time! They don’t take advantage of customers by inflating prices in emergency situations. One of the most honest companies I’ve ever dealt with. And a HUGE SHOUT-OUT to Barrett for responding to our after hours emergency last night! The peace of mind that Ozark brings our family is priceless!

Dalton was very thorough & knowledgeable. He explored all parts of the system to see what the problem was & finally figured out that the compressor was bad. He was nice & courteous & explained everything to us in a way we could understand.

Francisco with Ozark air-conditioning services did a fantastic job. He was prompt, efficient, exceedingly clean and exceedingly knowledgeable. I thought I had a major issue and it turned out to be a sensor that needed adjustment. He only charged me a service call. I will call them for my AC needs every time.

When Francisco arrived, he immediately went to work and was determined to repair my AC unit. 3 hours later, he provided me with great news that everything was fixed. He did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend Ozark Services.

The technician, Manuel (Manny), was excellent. He fixed everything, left everything super clean, explained everything to me, and was very friendly. Excellent service.

Ozark Services has been helping with my A/C needs for the past year. Recently I’ve had drainage and cooling issues. Francisco arrived at about 3 pm and was done by 4 pm! Super fast same day service!! I cannot speak to the price of the service, as we are renters and our property management team did the hiring and paying, but considering they don't like to shell out a lot of money usually, I would presume they are VERY fairly priced. Already my AC shows the temp has dropped 3 degrees within just 20 minutes of it being repaired! He was very nice to my daughter who kept telling him to be careful up there in the attic and very respectful. He didn't make a mess, either, like most AC techs do. I appreciated that a lot.

Broderick was amazing. He was right on time, communicated well, worked with my schedule - it was the smoothest house-repair scheduling I've ever dealt with. We all know the horror of the 5 hour estimated service window and this was the exact opposite! When he was here he was extremely polite and patient while I asked my (probably stupid) questions and showed him the issues, took notes, and never made me feel dumb when I clearly had absolutely no clue what I was talking about. He was efficient and already had solutions ready to go by the time he checked in with me, but also didn't make me feel like he was giving me the hard sale. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done!

He took the time to carefully diagnose the issue with my broken AC system, explaining everything in a way that was easy for me to understand as a beginner. He was very knowledgeable and thorough, but also patient—answering all of my questions without rushing.
