I give Kyle 0 stars. I needed the diverter handle on my tub replaced - the handle that diverts the water from the tub to the shower. First he quoted about $1500, then after I said I wouldn't go with that, he knocked it down to $669. He took a deposit of $100 and left. That was a week ago and I have not heard from him since even though I've contacted the company that sent him a number of times.

I reported that my carrier infinity heat pump had a communication failure about 9 AM on Wednesday. Malek had a technician at my home about an hour and a half later. Cory did a great job diagnosing the issue and had my system back up and running about 1:00. Thank you, Malek for a great job!

Will came out to look at a potential electrical issue near our sprinkler system. He was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable. He was able to explain things in terms I could understand regarding an electrical issue we had. I would highly recommend Will to anyone needing a trustworthy electrician!

Everything that Corey did was fantastic. He was explaining the whole process of what he was doing. Very personable, respectful and knowledgeable. I will continue to contact Malek for any issues that I have with my home. My furnace was serviced he explained what the problem was. Corey was great!!!!

Been using Malek for a few years with some ups and some downs. But recently had a great five star experience with Bubba who helped me with a new water heater. Looking forward to working with him again on future plumbing needs.

Corey was pleasant as well as professional! He explained everything he found as well as showed me pictures of what he was talking about! As I explained to him at this time I’m not financially able to proceed with the needed repairs and would reach out when possible! Corey is an exceptionally nice young man.

A recent maintenance HVAC check by MALEK SESRVICES with Corey Upchurch was an amazing experience. Corey thoroughly explained what the maintenance check told him about the systems (in laymans terms). Further he explained the suggested maintenance issues defining what was priority and the costs giving me the choice to select which issues I wanted to address right away and which could wait. It was a real pleasure to work with Corey. As my husband would say "He knew his stuff".

The representative Corey Upchurch was So much better than I expected. Extremely informative regarding my AC heater unit and thermostat. Was able to speak to me in technical terms as well as Layman's so that I was able to understand better what my situation was!!

Malek Company,

This has been a mess thus far today and my family is very upset. The crew left and left this mess on our front yard. They said Malek did not bring the materials for installation so they left. I can express enough how extremely frustrated this makes us. What is going to be done about this? To include our energy costs for the day and follow on days as this is completely unacceptable. This is a direct and poor reflection of your Company. Additionally, these are photos of how the interior of our home was left. Completely unacceptable.

You are about lose our business and I will be sure to make note of this to inform friends and family about your Company.

Brandon was phenomenal. Extremely professional and easily one of best representatives we have encountered. He was energetic, competent, and thorough.

The biggest reason we decided to go with this Company is all due to Brandon's presentation and representation of your Company. So hold on to him. If there was a 6-Star rating, he would have received that from us. Look forward to seeing the project through to completion.

Plumbing: Tank water heater to tankless conversion

Bubba and Colton did a fantastic job converting my home from a 2 tank water heater system to a single tankless. They encountered a few surprises but adjusted smoothly and got the job done well. Install looks very clean and despite the job taking longer than anticipated, they worked diligently and got it done. Very happy with the work. :)

Topher is very professional, patient and knowledgeable. He understood our situation, listened to our needs and proposed the best solution we could imagine. Very happy with this service and was able to get an appointment in a reasonable time frame. Our tech was very polite and and explained everything he was doing. He completed his job in a timely manner and very thankful for his service.

Tech was the consummate professional. He quickly isolated the damage (which had been caused by varmints), and then expertly repaired the damaged wires. He then identified and corrected other needed deficiencies.

My thermostat broke while I was having carpet installed. They came in less than an hour and installed a new thermostat. During this install I noticed mold on the interior of my furnace, so since it was 21 years old I decided to replace the entire system. I got 3 bids and selected them to replace my air and heat. They arrived promptly as scheduled and worked efficiently to replace my furnace and AC. I couldn't be happier with their professionalism.

The CSR was very polite and professional. He sent out a technician the same day I called. The technician, was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the time to explain the repairs and show me pictures of the state of my current systems. I truly appreciated his integrity and insight! I will recommend them to everyone whom I know.
