He researched the unit warranty for me to find out that the home builder had never registered the unit. I called Bruce on Saturday night and received a call early Sunday morning from his son, apologizing that Bruce was sick and wasn’t able to respond to me right away. We set an appointment for Monday morning and John showed up as promised. He had diagnosed the problem from my explanation of what was happening while over the phone, and came prepared with equipment necessary in case his diagnosis turned out to be wrong. He was right, and it was a simple fix. He was prompt, professional and honest, which is key when dealing with such a blind item.
