Here in Tomball Texas MasRam saved me thousands compared to two other quotes by their competitors. I replaced my two air conditioner furnace units with much more efficient up to date units due to leaking coils and outdated technology I saved hundreds of dollars a year on my electric bill, the house cools down so much quicker couldn't be happier with the service as well. Keep up the good work, this industry needs honest/trustworthy companies and for me, I will call no other!

Great job! I live in Tomball TX and have had bad experiences with several other air conditioning companies but MasRam has by far been the best. My grandpa worked in the industry but can no longer do the physical work. So he knows they are giving me reasonable rates and a great experience with it. Thank yall.

Not only were they extremely professional throughout the entire process of the purchase and installation of my new heat/ac unit, they were very personable and super competitive with their pricing. Ismael told me early on that they wanted to earn my business, and earn it they did. They went above and beyond what they said they would do, treating me as if I were their only customer!!! Crisp Air Systems in Houston checked our ductwork for leaks and sealed them up. The airflow to the bedrooms has improved noticeably. Energy bills should go down too.

I love that Crisp Air Systems sends a bio and photo of the technician before they arrive in Houston. It adds a layer of safety and professionalism. The tech, Mike, was exactly as described—friendly, certified, and efficient. He diagnosed the refrigerant leak quickly and repaired it.

I would never recommend using Ozark. They charge an extremely high service fee ($85 when most charge $50 or less) and if there is more than one issue will charge multiple service fees. I had issues with a water leak and HVAC heating and despite one person going onsite I was charged multiple service fees. I decided to proceed with the water leak fix and not the HVAC heating. The HVAC heating I had fixed separately for $165 when they recommended replacing the entire system for $6000.

When the water leak reoccurred a few weeks later I called and asked them to go onsite again to review the issue. They tried to charge me a service fee again and only after disputing this with them, as it was a return visit to fix an issue they already worked on, did they agree to go onsite. Then they cancelled the day it was scheduled and claimed to have not heard from the tenant as this was a rental property. However, the tenant had been in constant communication with me and wanted the water leak fixed badly so that was illegitimate they ignored Ozark’s communications. They said would only go out again for a service charge. Never use them!

Great, fast service — had an issue with a pipe leaking and they sent Marcus out within like two hours. He was very friendly and professional. He turned the water off and fixed it within 20 minutes. Will def use their services again and recommend.
