AC Girl probably saved my marriage, came out after 7 o'clock at night, had us cooling in less than an hour and only replaced a bad part and didn't try to tell me everything was bad, had that happen before. Thanks again to Debbie!!!

Excellent service man came the same day I called on his way home he took time to stop by my house To replace apart from my AC since I knew what it was it only took 10 minutes. A little on the expensive side but since he came right away I expected it to be a little high.

I really like Trace's get it done attitude. He is crafty and innovative in solving problems without just "replace the whole system" that you get from most companies.

For example, he was able to use my existing air handler and furnace (which was newer) and replace the evap with a coil that is compatible with new and old freon, so I can keep using my condenser for now and only replace that when it dies.

Also very respectful with their Covid protocols.

I called AirGirl in a panic after two days of no A/C. It had been working perfectly until ARS came to do a "tune up" where they tried to sell us a new unit saying ours was old and leaking freon. We tried to go through our home warranty service and the company they contracted wouldn't even pick up the phone. I called AirGirl and not only did they answer immediately but they were at my home in an hour. Turns out, ARS had SHUT OFF our unit and LIED about the freon leak. Our techs could have been just as dishonest but they turned it back on and told us we don't have a leak. We are so grateful for their integrity and great service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
