DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Very disappointed with this company. I was charged $312.25 by the assigned technician, Omar, and my A/C is still not working. When I called to address the issue, the woman who answered the phone was unhelpful, repeatedly hung up, and even placed me on mute during follow-up calls. Completely unprofessional. There is zero customer service or accountability. I had multiple accounts with this company, but I’m canceling all of them after this experience. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Golden Rule deserves 10 stars. They responded quickly, sent a manager to our store, diagnosed several issues, and resolved everything efficiently. It’s truly refreshing to work with a company that prioritizes its customers and is committed to doing the job right the first time. Their honest advice saved me from replacing a unit—a decision that would have cost over $25,000—demonstrating they value people over profit. Golden Rule’s knowledge and genuine care speak louder than words.

I have no experience with the actual company. I was driving and one of their drivers cut me off the road, ran a red light, laid on his horn and honked at me when I couldn't go because other vehicles were coming, he tried to drive around me with other vehicles coming the opposite direction, and he was driving insanely fast. I got his license information because he stopped at a gas station that I was passing, I called and the customer service rep didn't even care to hear details. She did take his information from me and then said she'd report it to their supervisor. I hope this does get escalated and I hope that they do address driving safely with their drivers. I wouldn't plan on recommending this company to anyone with these safety issues. He had a massive duct vent on his trailer and we could've gotten in a serious accident.

Accuvent is amazing! They arrived on time and professionally to help explain our Hood system issues. Their gameplan to fix our system was straight forward with all expenses upfront.
Jesse even had time to inspect and fix an A/C issue we were having. Great knowledge! Great service! 10/10 recommend.
