Our ac was not cooling much at all. Other companies were price haggling n like always asking to replace the whole system. Called Houston premier airflow n they had a tech out at my place within the hour.
Lalo took care of us, he diagnosed the problem, listened to the issue, was extremely respectful n a pleasure to be around. He had my ac running flawlessly within the hour, explained everything n next day came over to do the finishing touches. The price also was extremely reasonable. I am happy to have found this business, atleast going forward I don't have to worry about my ac n heating needs :) ty guys.

I cannot recommend Houston Premier Airflow enough! After our power was restored in Berly, our AC didn’t start up again. We called Rafa at 9 PM, and they were at our house by 8 AM the next morning. They quickly fixed the issue at a reasonable cost. I’ll definitely be using their services again!

Houston Premier Airflow is a extremely professional and polite people. We had our A/C go out and had them come out along with 2 other companies. The other 2 companies very rude and not very professional. The lady that took my call was extremely nice and positive attitude everytime I talked to her. They also made it easy about dealing with the warranty that was on the unit. The gentleman that came out to look and repair our A/C was very communicative, polite and professional and respectful of our home.
