I want to share my experience with this company since they kept my call late at night and within a few minutes I already had a technician at the door of my house very friendly efficient and I solved the problem since I have small children and my air did not work and also I did not have extra charge for the hours of service late I recommend them and I hope I can continue to count on their services thanks.

The technician came and replaced my blower motor. Upon installation he broke the 24V wire to it so it didn't come on right away. He did some checks outside and said I was low on freon. Doing checking he took my old thermostat off saying it was bad.i told him to check the blower because the old one was working just makes noise. That is when he found the wire to the new motor broken. He fixed the wire he charged 1 1/2 Lb of freon and installed a new thermostat. System worked fine for 5 days then nothing but hot air.The system was low do to a leak at the high side valve the technician had caused. The owner came out to recharge the unit saying he whould give me a break on the charge but the leak was caused by the technician. I paid the price for not doing my research on them.

Gilbert T. Came to my house in Tomball after 9pm. I called and he was there in less than 20 minutes. It was already approaching 90°f upstairs. My wife, well, let's not go there. Everyone wanted cool air. Gilbert not only fixed the problem but was super cool, super nice and explained what he had done. I highly recommend Obala Air. They are the real deal.
