My mother's air conditioner went out on a Saturday night. She had to sleep Sunday without air also. She is 85 years old. We talked to Budget Air Sunday and they were at her house first thing in the morning, knowing she had to go to work. They were courteous and quick to get the air fixed. they gave her a senior citizens discount on top of their already good prices. i would definitely use them again.

OMG great customer service! Spoke to the order guy Mike. He went over and beyond to help me! Long story short he was able to get me a better price then Amazon or EBay! I'm even able to pick it up myself thus, saving shipping costs and delivery time.
I'll pick up my product tomorrow morning and the job should be completed tomorrow afternoon.

How they handle on line order was pretty disappointed.. ended up canceling order. They do not care individual order.

The management team reached out to me after this review and made it worth my aggravation. I think that says alot for the company. They promised to use my experience as a learning tool to do better.

Found Budget through a Ad of FB. The price on the Ad was very attractive so I call them up to purchase it. Got a guy name Vic on the phone so was really nice. He told me they had the unit in Houston which was about a hour away from me, and that i could pick it up or they could deliver it for $95.00. I chose to have it delivered with a delivery time of a day or two. I also ordered the square to round adaptors that I needed to complete the installation. Vic rings me up and the price of the unit now is $200 higher than the FB Ad. After some back and forth and texting him a picture of the Ad, he honors the price. I placed this order Monday and Thursday i still haven't received it so I give Vic a ring. He then tells me that the unit wasn't in stock and they just received it in the warehouse and it won't fit in the delivery vehicle so i will have to go pick it up. Very frustrating!

So i take off work Friday afternoon and go to the warehouse. It only had one lady working the entire place and she was super nice. I make small talk with her and she tells me the unit was in stock all along and that she tried loading it into the delivery van and it wouldn't fit. Ok not the end of the world, but I could have picked it up sooner and had my AC back blowing a whole week sooner. I get loaded and i ask her where the square to round adaptors are..... They will ship from the warehouse in Florida! I ordered this Monday why didn't it ship Monday? She tells me they don't ship accessories until the unit is picked up! So now I waited another entire week to get the pieces I needed to install the AC. The price was attractive and ultimately swayed my purchase from them, but as the old saying goes...... You can be cheap but not good, or good and not cheap!

This company was very caring and understanding as well as knowledgeable on my issue with my Air Conditioning system. They took their time and worked efficiently to get it fixed. I also referred them to my sister due to them being very respectful and reliable.

Juan was great. We ordered a 5 ton rooftop for the business and everything went perfectly. Great price and the guys really know their stuff.
