They brought the smiles back to my families faces! Everyone is freezing and I’m loving it!
The staff - Dwayne, Roger & Jose were incredible from the Professionalism, Knowledgeable beyond belief. They worked and educated us every step of the way. My daughter said when I got home oh man they worked non stop and very nice and respectful.
From the beginning of introducing Platinum AC & Heating, Dwayne came in dressed ready to explain why we should chose his company.
It was a no brainer. He was prepared with no sales pitch but what set his company apart from everyone else.
He itemized everything that we would be receiving from equipment all to warranties and but most importantly He isn’t a salesman but rather a devoted advocate to branding his company. The day of instalI Dwayne was not in a polo shirt or dressed up but rather dressed ready to get dirty !!!!

I contacted the company around 3:00 PM regarding my tenant’s air conditioning issue — the unit wasn’t cooling below 85°F. They responded promptly and told me they could send a technician between 5:00 and 7:00 PM. Impressively, the technician arrived right at 5:00 PM.

He clearly explained the problem, provided a detailed breakdown of the pricing, and got right to work. The entire repair was completed within the hour. The service was efficient, transparent, and fairly priced.

I've spoke with Wayne and had his crew address my AC system both indoors and out. Roger is one of his best techs. He can do it all from programming a duplex circuit board and rezoning your system to general maintenance. I moved into a new 4 bedroom home in 2022 but my system needed tweaking. Now it runs smooth and quiet. My light bill has never been over $150 since Platinum has been servicing my AC. That's a fact. The price is fair wth competent service.

I want to bring attention to a serious safety concern involving a driver from RSC Mechanical. I recently witnessed one of their company vehicles being operated in a reckless and irresponsible manner. The driver was speeding, cutting off other vehicles, and making aggressive lane changes—behavior that nearly caused a serious accident.

As a company that has its name and reputation displayed on its vehicles, RSC Mechanical should hold its drivers to a higher standard. Public safety should be a top priority, and there is no excuse for the kind of dangerous driving I experienced. Incidents like this not only put innocent lives at risk but also damage public trust in the company’s professionalism and responsibility.

I hope RSC Mechanical addresses this issue immediately by reinforcing safe driving policies and ensuring all employees represent the company with care and respect for others on the road.

Brian was recommended by our neighbor. A/C was acting. A house Warranty Company failed to repair problem. Brian assessed the situation with our almost 30 year old system and simply got it working It’s now a new system.
