Called about an application and were very helpful!!!

Did a great job, highly recommend

I initially requested an appointment to receive a bid, and we scheduled a meeting. However, they did not show up. I followed up with another email to request a new appointment, and they responded with a date and time. But right before the scheduled time, the sales representative contacted me to inform me that she could no longer make it. Instead, she asked me to send a picture of what we currently have and would to provide a bid without even looking at the project or asking what our specific needs were.

When I told her, sending a picture without even asking what we needed or how it was to be installed she would not understand our needs, she replied that she didn’t have time. She gave me the option to either send the pictures or find another company.

I find it hard to believe that a company would consider providing a bid for a very expensive project based solely on pictures without even attempting to understand what we want to accomplish.

This is not a professional company.

Santa H. and Andrea D. are excellent communicators. Their onsite team is respectful and takes the time to break down technical details clearly for our managers. We've been using Gray Mechanical for years, and I’ve always been happy with their service. I look forward to continuing our relationship.

Things break — it’s part of the job — but I can always count on Gray Mechanical to answer the phone, reply to emails, or show up when needed. Amazing work, ladies. Thank you for all the improvements!

Tech was late, unprofessional, and talked to his friends on his cell phone the whole time (loud and with profanity)

Called them out to work on a comercial ice machine. They changed the water filters and said it was fixed. I told him that it was not fixed it works for two housers then quits. He argued with me about it. I asked him if he had ever worked on an arctic temp ice machine before. He said no but he knows ice machines. 2 hours after he leaves ice machine does not work. I had to call another company in to fix it. Then I get a $300 bill for him being here 30 minutes and not even fixing the machine

An employee of theirs in a company truck tailgated me on Hardy Toll Rd 12/19/2021 around 5:50pm while I was already going 80mph. He then passed me going even faster. He exited for 610 west tailgating ANOTHER car for exiting going the speed limit. If this is a sign of how their company operates…. smh.

They do not deserve one star. They did not do the service that they promised. Did not answer my phone calls. I would not recommend Bates AC for any HVAC service at any business in Houston.

Apparently they hire repeat DUI addicts as drivers. Guy destroyed my car and the company ignored my attempts to contact. Their Insurance took over a month to get me only $3K for a car with 40,000 miles on it. Didn't even cover the rental the entire time.
