Both josh and Francisco, they were both friendly and knowledgeable also including our son with the conversation so we were able to understand all the information that was giving. We would recommend these two to anyone else that have older parents because they understood what we needed.

David and Ricardo from Service Experts serviced my heating system after it stopped heating properly. They identified and fixed the issue, explained the problem in detail, and provided alternative solutions for maintaining reliable performance moving forward.

Church Services appointment was scheduled through our HomeServe service app. The technician came looked at our heater and said our zone panel needed to be replaced. The cost was not covered through HomeServe and would cost $3,000. With that, we called the company that actually installed our unit and they stated 1. The panel was covered under warranty and 2. Even if it wasn’t the cost would only be $300. NOT $3000. Glad we got a second opinion!

On installation day, Ulises and Loney was equally impressive. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled everything with skill and attention to detail. He walked me through the system, made sure everything was running perfectly, and left the space spotless.

Between the two of them, I felt completely taken care of—from choosing the right unit to having it installed seamlessly. I’m already feeling the difference in comfort and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend this team!

Just had my checkup completed by Alex A. Great experience, helpful, respectful, wore shoe covers and explained what was going on with my system and items to keep an eye out on and suggestions around my filtration . Showed me a video of the unit running along with photos and cleaned out all the pine needles from my outdoor unit. Jackson in the office is also a pleasure to deal with.

Wendell is an excellent technician. He communicates very well and is punctual. He explains everything in detail and shows you what he found in the system. He's a technician I would always recommend.

Wendell came out to do a preventative maintenance and check the heating before winter. He was thorough and professional going through the unit and interactions. He also spent the time to wash down the outside condenser. Highly recommend Church Services, if you are in their service area.
