Vlises, Thomas and Marcus installed my new furnace and AC unit. The young man were very professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing. Explained to me what each part of furnace were and it's purpose. They also installed attic ductwork. Great guys and even greater workers. Got the job done, cleaned up afterward too. Scott and the other tech, sorry I forgot his name. They were early for the appointment. They listened to my concerns and immediately began their work. They found the problem and fixed it. I very happy with the whole experience. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely call Service Experts again.

Had a scheduled A/C maintenance appointment today with Alex Alvarado - a very pleasant and professional young man. Took his time and was extremely thorough. Ask for him by name - you will not be disappointed!

Definitely recommend this company. I always get skeptical if HomeServ will send out someone good and trustworthy and they did. The gentleman they had come out was Fransisco. I had a lot of questions and he answered all of them and gave me a lot of useful information. I even requested that they send him out when they come back for the Spring maintenance. Very knowledgeable and very modest. I will definitely be using this company from now on. The very next time they sent out David for my Spring Maintenance since they weren’t able to send out Francisco and Mr. David was just as friendly and knowledgeable as well as very patient with all my questions. Lol I’m looking to get a water filter system here in the near future and will calling them for services. <3

Horrible service, was extremely late, no courtesy call to let me know there running late , very unprofessional.

My mom's AC went out right before summer. My husband knew a guy, who knew a guy... and A/C Magic showed up. I'm glad they did because my mom would have ended up paying twice as much for a new unit and getting ducts replaced (and the ducts didn't even need replacing)! They did great work, laid material on the carpet to keep from getting it dirty, they were prompt, and got in and out with no hassle. I'm only leaving a review because I rely on Google Reviews when choosing a company for hire. A/C Magic did a great job, in my opinion, installing the new unit.I thought I'd share the good experience. We recently had A/C Magic replace both our HVAC systems at my Houston Heights home that were installed in 2004 when the house was built.

We choose A/C Magic Inc. from several bidders that bid on the same equipment, materials and labor. A/C Magic Inc. was very helpful during the estimation process offering several different solutions and not pressuring for more expensive equipment.

The day of the job started with the owner Luis greeting us, he and his crew took off/covered their shoes, and then laid down floor coverings from the front door, up my stairs and to the attic stairs. Good Start!!

From there they moved quickly to bring in all the new equipment (inside and outside), remove all the old equipment (zero damage to the house!!), and begin installing new. They completed the installation with no problems, no support needed from us, and well before the end of the day.

Luis and his crews were polite, considerate and professional and left the location as they had found it...except for a brand new HVAC system. Cannot say enough good things.

I can’t tell you how great and honest this company is! They came in and installed a completely brand new unit for me at a great price and the work they did compared the the company that had installed the previous unit was so noticeably different. They used better products to ensure the seals and drainage of condensation and they didn’t leave the duct work all tangled up and messy all over my attic they actually very nearly secured the duct work to ensure proper flow of my A/C. I would trust any other company. And they gave me a 5 year warranty for the products and the labor!!!

Golden Heating And Cooling Experts repaired a refrigerant leak that another company couldn't find in Houston. They used a special dye to locate it. Finally, the problem is solved.

The Golden Heating And Cooling Experts technician found that the builder had left construction debris in the ducts years ago in Houston. They removed blocks of wood and drywall. Airflow has improved massively.

The technician from Golden Heating And Cooling Experts found that our refrigerant charge was low. Instead of just filling it up and leaving our Houston home, he used a leak detector to find the leak in the coil. He explained our options for repair vs. replacement clearly. I felt very informed making my decision.
