Absolutely amazing. We were in the market for mini splits right as the tariff started, every other seller was changing their prices and upcharging $200-300. These guys set a price and stuck with it through the duration of the process. They were immensely helpful and saved us a TON of money. Highly recommend.

We have been told after paying they will send a unit out . It has been months and still have excuses why it hasent been sent since may 29 2025 !! Then was told we can buy a whole new unit for little more money and they still haven’t got nothing!! Then was told they will send money back and still waiting for a refund and still haven’t got it . Might have to sue them if we don’t get our money back . Nice on phone but it was lie after lie and excuses after excuses!! Do not send money to company! Will update when they send our money back !

This seller is a rip-off. I went to this location to purchase a hot water heater. I got to the location and suddenly the price changed. The quote given versus the price there on location was different. I explained the price I was quoted, and they refused to honor. I challenged the seller to honor the price. A guy came from the rear of business came and said they weren’t going to honor the quoted price. Eventually I agreed to pay the extra money because I explained I traveled a far distance to purchase. The guy came from the rear of business refused my business. At first, they were willing to sell at a higher price, but all sudden, they don’t have the product in stock. I called GE corporate office, and they don’t know the distributor. BEWARE

Was charged $1187.50 for 9.5 lbs of R4/0A at 125.00 a lb when the rate for 30 lbs is five hundred dollars for the company this was the ultimate price gouging.
Tech charge $175.00 for pressure test, stop leak $150.00 making our total bill $1512.50 and was asked to make check to tech and not business. Nine days later no a/c
Will be contacting the BBB....

I highly recommend HVAC system repair!!!! Their quality of work and customer service goes above and beyond. Our Ac unit went out and I called HACV repair and they came out the same day. They made sure we got what was needed, and repair it at a decent cost and not hurt our pockets. I am not one to give reviews but HAC repair deserves it . Thank you again for checking on us and making sure our AC is still running great.

Rafael does an incredible job. He communicates well, is kind/professional, trustworthy, and is very responsive when we need him. He’s done a couple of jobs for us, including installation of a 4-ton Trane system. He also trouble shooted a problem recently when a storm knocked down a piece of our house side paneling onto one of our units and it stopped working. He came out right away and fixed the problem quickly. He also has amazing prices.

Rafael is fantastic! Provided excellent service at a good price. On time, courteous and professional and took care of our A/C issue efficiently. I highly recommend him and will use 503 HVAC again.

Tri came out for checking out my home AC no working. He told me broken capacitor and he replaced the new one. My AC worked back normally. It’s hard to find honest, competent people, and Tri is top notch.

this company help me at the last minute came all the way to tomball my AC was not working and he helped me very nice respectable guy if you need honest low cost help call him and give him a chance you will not be disappointed

Quick and good service. The guy who fixed our AC explained it to us very well what’s happening. The labor was free because we had a 1 year warranty.
