Josh and Wendell were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were very thorough with the sales call and explained it to us in a way that was easy to follow. We were very happy with their service and will definitely use them again.

David and Clive came out and true to form, my system did not misbehave for them, but they did clean some things up and get my HV/AC unit in perfect working order again. They were gracious, disarming, and thorough. Would absolutely recommend Service Experts to anyone that needs assistance. None of it’s cheap, but having people that care for their customers is priceless. Well done, guys.

Wendell and Josh were very professional. They explained things thoroughly. Went over repairs that were needed and gave estimates. I felt comfortable with them in my house. We will definitely be using them.again

Sheffiin did a great job for us. He was very professional and polite. He explained everything to us and answered my questions so that I could understand what he was talking about without making me feel silly. He is a good asset to service pros staff.

David Gonzalez showed up to repair my AC within 2 hr. After it went out and he did a wonderful job at a reasonable price! He is very professional, courteous and really knows about AC systems. I highly recommend Church Services.

Martin is an excellent technician. He performed a thorough inspection and he kept us informed on the few issues we had with our unit. He is very professional and was a pleasure to work with!

Had to have complete system replaced. From estimate to financing to installation every detail went smoothly. David G , Marcus, Thomas and Martin H. all took great care of us.

I couldn't recommend a better service than what I received from Clive D’Souza and Martin Hardy. These two individuals were completely professional and are experts at their craft! I expressed my concerns about the different zones in my house not cooling properly.

These individuals took their time and did not give me nonchalant attitudes about my concerns or questions, like I've dealt with from previous technicians at other companies when dealing with my home HVAC issues.

They did not try to upsell me on things I truly did not need unlike other technicians from past incidents. They were honest, straightforward and provided real tangible solutions.

If you're having HVAC issues, I highly recommend either of these two professionals. They did not disappoint and I will only be requesting these two for any future incidents.

Wendell is excellent and very knowledgeable. We had been with no AC and sometimes only heat for the last couple of days. Immediately he came in and was able to figure out what has been going on with our system! He was very nice and also left us with recommendations to improve and upkeep our HVAC system! Highly recommend him!

Had routine maintenance 10/23. Wendell was very professional and thorough with explaining what was done and what may be needed in the future. However, a mess was left in my bathroom next to the attic access door. Not sure if something was cleaned off in there or what but that mess was definitely not there. If it was an honest mistake, I get it but not happy about having to clean up after professionals.

Steffin was very polite and helpful with the information he provided. He was able to complete the HVAC maintenance inspection at my new home in a timely manner.

Our unit has been down for months! The heat was unbearable but I’m not made for the cold winter. Church Service Experts was assigned to us through our insurance….FINALLY a decent company! We had gone through a few technicians that didn’t provide the best service. CSE sent David and he knew exactly what needed to be done. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure we understood what the service would involve. By the second visit, we were happy to see David again. He is super professional and he knows his work. He handled our old unit like it was second nature. He serviced it very well and told us it could still hold out a bit longer but for us not to be surprised if we had to replace it in the near future. We have been told this for a while but it was a good reminder to prepare for it. David did such a great job and he left us feeling confident that our unit would finally work! Thank you Church Service Experts. We will definitely call this company back and ask for David. We highly recommend them and look forward to using CSE whenever we need them again!

I personally do not like church services but am leaving this comment to help my mom. My parents have a monthly service with them which is a scam but I know that not all technicians are involved in the low nature of the company. Derrick Arkadie was the inspector at my parent's home and did a wonderful job - he was helpful and addressed all of her questions; he was kind and considerate and knowledgeable; I greatly appreciate his patience and that he went back to the shop to get a filter for the unit. I give Derrick 5 stars but I won't give the company as a whole the full 5. Derrick is great - but use another AC service that is more credible and less criminal.

I had concerns about my HVAC unit and made an appointment with Church Services. I was able to get an immediate appointment. David G. and Clive D. arrived and listened to my concerns. They did a thorough assessment in the attic furnace and outside motor. After the assessment was completed David and Clive explained what they uncovered and what they recommended. They were extremely patient and kind answering all of our questions. They are truly an asset to the company and an absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you for the amazing support and service.
