I contacted Mr. Silva and he did not identify his company when he answered. When I asked for a copy of his electrical and HVAC license, he told me I was the first person to ask for it. I told him it was important to be licensed. He told me to find somebody else. His manner was rude and he unprofessional. I certainly will look somewhere else.

I just want to thank you for your help in getting us the air conditioner. Your employees were very courteous and friendly. I appreciate, as well as my dad, how quickly you were able to get us the unit, as I thought we were going to melt! Mr. Silva is phenomenal! He has serviced our unit twice and we couldn't be happier with the service that was provided! He is professional, personable, and reasonable. He explains things thoroughly and makes sure that you are comfortable !! I would highly recommend Mr. Silva !!!

Mr. Silva was hired to Remove old exhaust fans and to install of new fans at my residence. He did not connect the exhaust pipes to the vents. He did not use proper connectors and either just shoved the smaller pipes inside the larger ones, instead of using reducers or just left them in the attic. His work is so bad that even an am mature would scoff at it. This is not poor workmanship, this is willful negligence.

Came same day. Did what he said he would st a fair price.

Rudest man ever. Verbally rude when he doesn't think you're listening or maybe he's just being passive aggressive. He thinks his time is more important than yours.

DO NOT USE!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

We regretfully had them installed 2 units in our home 4 years ago. The other day it stopped working so we called Monday, they said they would come by on Tuesday and then called us on Tuesday and finally came by on Thursday. Keep in mind, it's been super hot in Houston so the delay was already a bad presentation on their part. After finding out there's a leak, they said that it would cost so much out of pocket to fix it. I was appalled that it's only a 4 years old unit and already broken so I called Mike to talk to him. He was no moral sense and was not understanding of the situation, he didn't even have a care in the world. Even if they were able to come and fix it would of been 4 days before they can come out. Our house is hot, we have kids so I called around and got recommendation was able to get another company to come out ASAP and charged us half the price so BEWARE they only care about taking your money.

Mike quoted me a Trane complete unit. My wife wasn't feeling well and wanted to postpone installation a few days but he insisted on coming right away. When he got to our house he brought a York. He convinced me it was a better unit. In less than a year he had to put in a pound of freon. He never checked for leaks. Every year he had to continue adding freon never checking for leaks. He didn't even check the attic for leaks. Last year he wanted to charge me for a capisator. Although my wife wasn't pleased she was going to pay him. Instead he stormed away. I called him and told him I was going to pay him but he never would return my calls. After talking to a real professional he told my what Mike was doing by adding freon instead of fixing the leak was a way to run out the warranty instead of fixing the real problem. I called wanting all the records of all the times he came out and he has refused to respond. I have the records and need to proceed with the action am taking and he will eventually have to give me the rest. I am to trusting but he sure did bit me in the a__........!

Our AC unit stopped working this morning. Same day service, very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Cornerstone AC & Heating. Once they arrived the problem was quickly identified and resolved. I was very happy to have AC again. They will get our repeat business.
