I absolutely do not recommend this company. We’ve had numerous issues with scheduling. We were scheduled for Tuesday this week, so my husband stayed home from work—but they never showed up. When we called, they said they had rescheduled and sent us a notification, which they did not. They only sent it afterward, trying to make it seem like we had been informed in advance.

We then rescheduled for today, Saturday, between 9 and 11 a.m., and were told they’d arrive first thing. It’s now noon, and they’re just barely arriving. When I called to check in, the woman on the phone was yelling at her children while talking to me. It’s just extremely unprofessional. This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues. Our leasing agency uses them as a vendor, and we will be contacting them to report these problems.

The one redeeming quality of this company are the technicians. Ronaldo worked on our AC today, and was quick and thorough!

Late, pushy, and rude. I cancelled because they were so unorganized and I didn’t get notification the tech was on his way until it was the end of the scheduled window, and he was an hour away. Guy was rude when I told him the appointment was to be cancelled when I was already on my way back to work.

Had a short-cycle issue and Houston AC Express came out quick and took care of it. Big shout-out to Jason and Jose! They got the job done with no hiccups, were honest, and really know what they’re doing. Thank you to the whole team. I’m truly grateful for every one of you.

Easy scheduling, the team reached out on a Tuesday to check my availability to come do repairs beforehand. Scheduled for Saturday for my repairs. They messaged me before they arrived and got here in a timely matter. Explained everything they would be doing and started to replace all my ac vents as well add extra insulation in my attic, removing all the old prior insulation. Finished in a couple of hours, while also cleaning after themselves and showing me the completion of everything done. Very respectable group of young guys during the visit. Would highly recommend for any ac work needed.

I had a 20 year ac unit in a rental property.. no more bandaid worked, so decided to replace. Found Hercules, or as I call him Carlos, on Facebook marketplace. What a truely nice man, he came out and took control, got me everything I needed that fit in my budget.. and not crap, but high end products at a price I could afford. The install went smooth, I was very pleased..my tenant was just happy and my stress and worry just disappeared. I absolutley will use him again. You should too! Thanks Carlos, you're the man!!

Carlos is very Responsible, professional, arrived timely, performed the annual maintenance and went above & beyond, reasonable price. I will definitely call home next time.

Did not connect the completely new HVAC ducts to the outside drains and let them drain through the fan in my bathroom
