I highly recommend Carlos if you’re needing AC repair. He came to our house late on a Saturday night and quickly found a wiring issue. He’s quick, knowledgeable and charges reasonable prices.

Carlos helped me fixing my AC in a Sunday night, almost 11pm… when I had no hope of having a good night of sleep.

He was very quick to in answer my questions and he was able to have the job done very quickly.

Avoid Carlos and Hercules HVAC PRO - Damaged Property and Unresponsive

I hired Carlos, owner of Hercules HVAC PRO, for AC maintenance. He claimed to be a general contractor offering various home repairs. In February, he came with a plumber named Grayson to fix a shower knob, service my two tankless water heaters (one in the attic), and address a dishwasher issue. Unfortunately, during the service, they flooded my attic, soaking insulation and causing water to drip through the ceiling into three separate rooms below. This resulted in permanent stains and potential mold growth. Additionally, they improperly reinstalled the dishwasher, causing screws to rub against the control panel, ultimately breaking it. They also left the shower unusable. Their mistakes caused roughly $2,000 in damages, not including the additional $1,000 I spent on a new plumber to fix the shower and a mold inspector to assess the ceiling. Despite contacting Carlos about the damage, he admits staining the ceilings but downplays the severity and offers no solution for repairs. I strongly advise against using Carlos and Hercules HVAC PRO. Their negligence resulted in significant problems and financial hardship.

I called these guys after finding some positive reviews. They did not disappoint. They are all pretty busy right now after our recent power outage here in Harris County, so the owner came out. Very personable ex-marine who clearly treats his customers the way that we all wish to be treated. Very reasonable pricing as well. Highly recommend these guys and I never do this......

I would not recommend Hercules HVAC pro to anyone. Carlos who owns it is one of the rudest people I have met as he acts like we all work for him. He acts like he is the busiest person in the world and only values his time, he was No call No show the first appointment and I should have never given him a second chance. He does not keep his word and will end up making your problem worse. He came in to take a look at a water leak from our ac unit. His diagnosis said things werent sealed properly where the Ac unit was located . I asked him if its an urgent fix and he said no. Right after he left the water leak got worse. We had another local AC company come by and they said the AC drain was clogged, which is what I thought initially. They drained it and its resolved the issue. Hercules HVAC pro has been just a waste of time and money.

Carlos was great to work with! communication was great, install was smooth and the price was much better than the other quotes from other companies. House is cooling amazing now!

Hercules HVAC initially replaced the AC compressor (outside unit) and coils (inside attic unit) along with furnace. We upgraded from a 4 ton to 5 ton unit; however, this caused water to leak into the drain pan from the coils due to the old supply plenum being undersized. Carlos got the plenum as soon as possible given the holiday weekend and replaced it which resolved the issue. Carlos was very responsive throughout the process answering all of my questions and was the best priced based on contacting 4 other HVAC companies.

I cannot recommend our AC technician highly enough. He is truly exceptional in every aspect of his work. No matter how busy he is, he always responds promptly and ensures that he makes it to our place as soon as possible. His work is consistently top-notch, and he is committed to delivering on his promises. Excellent service, excellent work, and excellent customer service—he truly sets the standard. Carlos helped us out when our A/C went out. Checked our entire system, told us everything we needed to fix it now and what to expect with it in the near future and did it for about $1,300 less than the big companies. Would highly recommend him.
