This is one of the most unprofessional, disingenuous, impertinence towards others, and the work is 3/4 done. If I could give zero stars I would! Kilgore Industries should be closed down!

Extremely rude and belittling staff in the HR/Payroll Department, especially the woman manager. Use caution when dealing with them. The only reason I gave them one star on this review is because the system needed me to in order to post this review. The woman manager doesn't know how to talk to people and needs to change with the current times.

So I am writing a review because I couldn’t get a hold of someone to report a driver that almost hit my car when the driver cut me off. This happened in Houston Texas (downtown) 5/23/2024 around 1:45 pm. The number of the van was 329. I wish that they talk to the driver to not drive so aggressively. Also talk to people answering the phone for hanging up the phone on me right after putting me on hold.

I wanted to personally thank Kilgore for saving us more than once this summer! Our assisted living community has had multiple issues with plumbing, HVAC and electrical. That said, whenever I have called, even on a Sunday, they have come out to save the day! We could have had much worse water damage. All of their techs have been super nice, knowledgable and helpful. dispatch has been amazing. Thank you for everything you've done for us!

The diagnosis for repairing my ac unit was prompt and friendly. The service tech, Dionni, was extremely helpful in letting me know what was causing the issue and fixed the problem in no time. He also gave me some tips that would help to prevent my ac from breaking again. Thanks for keeping me cool!
