All around excellent! My A/C unit went out on a Saturday evening and the on-call technician, Andrew was at my house in under an hour. He was extremely professional, courteous, efficient and took the time to explain in detail what was happening with the A/C unit. He had the parts that were needed in order to fix the unit and got it back up and running that same day. I highly recommend Advantage Mechanical Services and will definitely use them again.

We have used Advantage Mechanical for a few years now and just had them do a complete system replacement. The owner worked with me for almost a week off and on to help me understand my choices in systems and pricing. The installation team was on time, professional, friendly, and clean. The system was up and running almost immediately after I got home from work. The owner came to inspect the job during and after the work and is always easy to reach. Highly recommend Advantage Mechanical Services for installation and maintenance or your HVAC.

When Our 19 year old air conditioner started blowing hot air at 4:00PM one hot Saturday afternoon. My son n law said he used Advantage Mechanical Services last year, so we gave them a call. He said he would come out. He inspected the old unit and showed us a small leak on the outside unit, but said he felt something else was going on. He went upstairs and found a larger leak. I thanked him for coming out and informed him I would be getting more bids, which I did. He not only came in a little less expensive, for the unit we were looking at, he could answer all the questions I threw at him.

We scheduled to replace my unit later on that week only for Advantage Mechanical Services to send a crew out the next day, due to a rescheduling with a customer. His crew was excellent, on time, fast, worked hard, answered all my questions and took care of my floors with proper floor coverings and cleaned up all the trash. The best thing to come out of this ac unit has been our electric bill was more than $100.00 less the first month. This unit basically pays for itself.

We had a water leak coming from our a/c system in the attic and asked Advantage to come take a look at it. Their technician arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed that the problem was not an a/c related issue but a separate plumbing problem. It was not something they were equipped to handle so they recommended we call a plumber. Before the technician left he decided to perform a quick check on our a/c system and even did some minor interior cleaning. The technician was extremely polite and really knew his stuff. He was there for over an hour but since he could not help us he did not charge us. I would have happily paid for the service call and the diagnosis but they didn't ask for a cent. This is the place to call if you have a/c issues!

I have recently had some issues with my AC and called Advantage Mechanical Services seeing they were close to my home. I have had some very negative experiences with AC Companies in Houston. These guys are awesome. They came out quickly and even returned on a second occasion to address a related issue for no charge. If you want honest tech that will take care of you call Advantage.. I was not hassled or sold anything I didn't need. Very refreshing and I highly recommend.

Mike White was great! Unclogged my sewer

Mike came in and replaced the existing copper and galvanized plumbing on my 100 year old home with pex. We don't get many freezes but he informed me that pex isn't prone to bursting when frozen like copper, galvanize or pvc. Mike was very professional and although it took a day and a half to complete he worked so that I wasn't without water overnight. Extremely pleased and wouldn't use anyone else.

Had an issue with the evaporator coil and really appreciated how it was handled, especially over the holidays. Sean took the time to review everything and work toward a fair resolution, and the dispatchers were patient and responsive throughout the process. The repair was handled smoothly and the install team was professional. I would recommend them because they stand by their work.

We were given a window of 8am-10am and he showed up by 9am, which was awesome. He diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it and done by 1000am. Overall, a very positive experience and will definitely call agian if needed!
