We recently had to switch to a new AC repair company as our old company stopped servicing commercial AC. A-Plus was fantastic! They were able to come out very quickly, find the parts and even made the repairs that evening. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing commercial or residential AC services. Did good work, showed up when he said he would. Pricing was reasonable

Just replaced the AC and Furnace units for the upstairs of our home. Ray and his installation team started at 8:00am and everything was totaly complete before noon. An amazingly efficient process starting with putting down drop cloths to protect stairs and carpets and finished with removal of all old equipment and new unit packaging materials. I've used A-Plus Mechanical for over 15 years and they've addressed my every home comfort crisis very quickly even when it's been on a holiday weekend. And I've always considered the pricing to be extremely fair. I don't expect to have any AC issues for a long time, but when I inevitably do, I'll definitely be calling Ray at A-Plus Mechanical.

Thanks to Ray and his team for their prompt attention to my furnace which had taken it's last breath. They were punctual, polite and very informative. They answered all my questions (and then some) and worked efficiently, installing the new furnace within 4 hours. I will definitely use A Plus Mechanical again.

Our experience with A+ has been amazing. Service same day and worked hard for our warranty issues. Explained everything that needed to be done and advised what we needed for the future. Excellent friendly service. It was super easy to schedule, they arrived promptly and quick to install the thermostat, service the unit and install a UV light. They first inspected the unit and then went over the pricing per item before starting the work, which I appreciated. I highly recommend and will be using them again for any needs in the future.

I called A-Plus out to my place of work to give a second opinion on the air condition unit for the front offices. The day before we had our normal company come take a look (they charged us $200 for this) and they came back and quoted us over $1000 to do a deep search for refrigerant leak because they could not figure out why the unit had no Freon. Ray came the same day I called, went up there saw a crack in the piping, welded it and refilled it all for half the price of our quote from the other company. I waited to post a review to make sure there was no other issue but it is working perfectly and I am enjoying nice cool office space daily! Thank you SO much!

Ray specd out a replacement for an old problematic ac unit. He offered a fair price on a good product, and I knew he did good work replacing the other unit a few years ago. His team showed up right on time, and wasted no time getting to work. Everything was done carefully (drop cloths, cleanup) and neatly, and quick, too. His guys are top notch and competent, and I know Ray stands behind his work. You can't get the best service for the lowest price, but i believe A-plus delivers the absolute best value and experience.

Absolutely wonderful! Ray was professional, honest, and even willing to talk with my dad (who is in the same business in Fort Worth). He came out, serviced our system, gave some awesome pointers, and got our AC running again. Both him and his office staff were lovely to work with! I highly recommend A PLUS for your HVAC needs!

A-Plus is a top notch repair / installation service that offers friendly, professional work at reasonable prices. For starters, Steve had the latest diagnostic software loaded on his tablet and was able to show me readings directly from my unit so I could see exactly how it was performing before and after the service. He was very informative about the options that were available to me regarding my older but still running A/C. At no time did I feel like I was being “sold” on something. He let me know in advance what the charges were going to be before the work was completed. No surprises. Steve and Ray took their time to do the job right with a level of quality and professionalism that is hard to find today. How many times have you paid for a repair service and been happy with the work AND pleased with the value? That’s the way I felt today after A-Plus Mechanical Services left. I hope I never need to make another repair call but if I do, I know who I’m calling. The pros.

First off, Ray was the best! In almost 9 years of being a home owner, my husband and myself have never had any home improvement work or maintenance/repairs done without trouble. We were so extremely satisfied with his work and truthfulness, we decided to create a Gmail account just to give him a five star review. Finally to have someone work on our home that we could be 100% satisfied with. If you want someone you can trust, someone who knows what he’s doing, who is truthful and will take away your A.C. issues, A Plus is your company. We have had issues with our A.C. for years. Brand new house with 4 previous A.C. people come into our home to do work that did absolutely no improvement to our issues, until we were recommended to give A Plus a call. Fast Service! Reliable! Knowledgeable! Truthful! Professional!

Five stars for the business and Ray the technician. Ray knows his business,he was thorough. He educated me while working and suggested what was needed. With the knowledge I gained helped me decide what preventive repairs I should ask him to do. He didn't pressure me to do extra repairs . Who can say that they really love their A/C company? We can!!! Ray at A-Plus has been our “A/C Guy” for many many years and we couldn’t be happier. The level of service we receive, EVERY time we call, is top notch! We’ve had to call often over the past couple years because we needed to replace our unit. He helped us get a little extra time out of it so we could work a replacement into our budget. Our new system install went exactly what I expected...
