A-Plus installed my AC and has been maintaining it for years. Ray is exceptionally good, thorough, professional, great communicator. He explains exactly what he’s doing and any details I would need to know about what he’s doing. They also have an easy online scheduling system for maintenance calls. I highly recommend them.

A-Plus provided excellent service in fixing my AC which was cycling on and off without cooling. Ray, the technician, came out the day after I requested service and was able to work me in although he had a very busy day scheduled. We thought the problem was fixed, but in the evening, the same problem occurred again. Ray promptly came back and fixed the problem. The price to fix the issue was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend A-Plus.

Got home from work at 7:30 to find House at 85°. I called A-Plus Mechanical, and they responded immediately. Ray was at the house within the hour. He was able to repair the AC with parts he had on his truck. Extremely reliable and professional. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

I had a great experience using APlus. We have lived in this home in Sugar Land for over 15 years. I did the standard get three quotes thing, but on the first visit with Ariel, I knew I was going to go with them.
I had all Heating, and A/C replaced. What I didn’t expect was their thoroughness. Ducts replace when able, every vent replaced (both intake and outbound cooling vents.) and a new Wi-fi Smart Thermostat.
We were financed through Green Sky over the amount quoted, but Ariel’s quote never exceeded his bid. (Later I just paid off the Green Sky loan with a credit card transfer at 3% over one year.
The install team came out, were experienced, polite and highly skilled.
These are the pictures of my old A/C. Until they removed the old one, my wife and I had no idea how bad it was.
On the 3rd day, the A/C unit stopped functioning. I texted Ariel, and the next day a technician was on site and found the problem. They ran a new wired to the external A/C unit. Since then, it has not only worked flawlessly, but the system is so good, we stopped using a window unit and even several ceiling fans.
I highly recommend APlus and their team!

I had my one-year home inspection with Ray Serenil, and he was excellent—quick yet very thorough. He identified a couple of issues the builder had missed, including an unsealed attic duct that could lead to mold. Ray let me know it was still under warranty and advised me to contact the builder. I really appreciated his attention to detail and clear guidance.

J&G arrived on time and replaced both heaters and the upstairs air conditioner in one day. Extremely professional, very courteous and did a thorough clean up of all areas they worked in both inside and outside. Explained all functions and the extra steps to ensure there would be no mishaps. Used Goodman components with a 10-year warranty. Even offered senior discounts. Highly recommend.
